Can someone explain some more about DB2?

There are lots of tutorials on Youtube. May I suggest looking there?

The tutorial helps you set it up and putting the map together. Like Korby said try youtube.

Another good way to learn about things you want to put into your maps is to look at maps using whatever it is you want to put in.
For example you want to put in fire traps you may want to look at Fire Man's map in Doom Builder.

For some assistance in learning a couple of common elements I had made a map a while back that show cases Ramps, 3D floors and Bridges, specifically for opening in DoomBuilder to look at how they are done.

Just a sub-question, I know how to MAKE maps, but how do I play them on multiplayer servers, or at least singleplayer? I've debugged it and it worked fine, I even type it in on the add file, and the code bit on the add file but...

...NO PLAYABLE LEVEL.

I really wanna test out my moshpit stage! Help? :(

You need to put a MAPINFO file into the wad via Slade.
