Well, at least I think megaman (mostly X, actually) is well known here in Chile.

But piracy is a tradition. :p

I was never all that excited for Rockman Online since I'm not a fan of MMORPGs, and it seemed pointless since there was no way it would be released in English. The animated trailers were pretty spiffy though; I wouldn't mind if they made more of those  (I don't wish ill on the game either though; for all the people who will be able to play it, I hope the game is released in good form).

Also, there's really no denying the harsh reality of Mega Man's sales numbers being lower than Capcom's other franchises: http://www.capcom.co.jp/ir/english/busi ... llion.html

The highest seller on that list is Mega Man 2, and it's still in 32nd place.

On the other hand though, take notice of all the games above it. Most of them are newer gamers, which may point to higher numbers caused by a larger consumer base. More importantly, the only game older than Mega Man 2 is Ghosts'n Goblins, which just goes to show you just how big of a hit Mega Man was for Capcom at the time.

Well, #18 is Super Street Fighter II, the one that added DeeJay, Cammy, T. Hawk, and Fei Long. The original SFII (The World Warrior) is #1.

ah?.... :/

No need to be so mad for it. I think megaman was like the 5th serie after Mario/Pokemon/Sonic/Zelda....
anyways...i know It's not a blockbuster hot seller but it's not a little franchise for me...Im just in bad mood about the problem of legend 3 and others....

There is a lot of goodies who are created and games on wiiware and others, so i have hope (again) but i want just say, i would want a new game in HD. For me MM9 and MM10 can be perfect if they were in 16 bits HD style.....8bits style is cool ok but it's not so hard to make it...
I worked with mmf2, i can tell that.

For me, the last games was MMX command mission (i didnt like...) EXE 6, ZX......but after. When will we have a new next gen megaman for you, guys?
