Concept:Also known as Heavy Laser, Hil Laser or Hil Spread, it fires a single blue-and-yellow laser that travels at Gemini Laser speed and deal 15 damage when uncharged, when charged, it shoots 3 bigger lasers which travel slower but deal 20 damage. The 3 lasers travel at different directions. Uncharged uses 2 units ammo but charged uses 5 units ammo.

Concept:Uses 28 units ammo, it slightly increases speed. Does no damage. It requires a full ammo bar.
Weapon 2:
Mainfire:H-Force
Concept:Projects a blue-and yellow forcefield around the user that deals reasonable damage. It depletes ammo as long as it is on. It turns off when you press fire again or it runs out of ammo.

Altfire:Restoration
Concept:Uses 14 units ammo to restore 15 units health to the user. Upon usage, it projects a blue aura around the user that disappears after a split second.
Instagib Weapon:Nuclear Laser
Concept:Fire a laser similar to H-Laser but unchargeable. You may rename it to something else, like Radio Beam or Death Ray(an unoriginal name).

Altfire(if accepted):Glass Force
Concept:Projects a forcefield that can take 5 hits. However, it uses and requires a full ammo bar. The ammo bar takes a slightly long time to recharge. It can be easily broken by certain weapons.
Item:Last Resort Flash
Concept:When the user has 25 units health or less, an icon will appear. When used, the user will blind nearby enemies and deal little-to-no damage to them. With the help of custom inventories, make it a one-time-use item. As in, once used, you cannot use it again until you respawn. It uses an icon I showed in this thread. It got buried in a lot of posts.

Description:The Hil is in CSCC! He can fire lasers, increase speed and more. He has slightly strong armour which is balanced by slow speed. He is usually a bug with normal weapons but with blades, he can be be beaten easy.

Notes:
1)H-Laser and H-Speed share the same ammo bar. Same to H-Force and Restoration. However, H-Force and Restoration have a separate ammo bar.
2)In case you want me to make it myself, I am (very slowly) working on it but I have my own problems there.
3)He will start sparking when he has 25 units health or less. This is just visual effect.
Edit 2:4)The HUD for his weapons will be like the Flash Stopper and Gravity Hold as in he fires stuff out of his palms.
