Ok it happened for me now. It's because of that damn bug that keeps sprites lingering in places. The laser projectiles get stuck for eternity and pile up.

Yeah, it's about 2 FPS on my computer online and about 8 offline. It's bad.

Iceman's stage. On singleplayer.

Unless I was underwater, it was lagging like crazy.

It happened to me and Kirbu and it was only like me and him in the server at the time. It got so bad that we couldn't even move anymore and had to vote to go to a different stage.

Oh yeah, when I was on the 32 people or whatever server, the lag on Gyroman's stage was crazy, but only when I looked in the direction of the giant fan. It was very strange.

That sounds like a CPU issue. My brother's pc lags horribly on iceman's stage too, but we assumed it was because his PC sucked. Have you tried using the other renderer to see if it helps?

yeah, i'm pretty sure it's a cpu issue, i get it when ever there's a huge open area like the maps mentioned. watch how quickly the lag / low fps stops when you go into one of the corners and don't face the center of the stage.

maybe the quickman stage could be fixed by filling in the open areas at the top of the walls?

The quickman one should be fixed now. Basically the beam projectiles were getting stuck due to a skulltag bug. The projectiles stayed there and piled up and up and up and the FPS spirals down and down from then. Next version will have this fixed.
