Also here's the second character that I had in mind after you closed off second character entries:

Name: M-7
Personality: LOVES to fight. Because he has high amount of power, he feels as if it is best to put it to good use. He is slightly on the mean side in terms of mercy, despite this not really being what his creator decided on. He usually feels kinda happy because he knows he can easily destroy enemies.
Appearance: Most of the time he is invisible when he does not need to be visible. When he is, only a head, two large hands and part of his upper body can be seen. All are black and dark purple colour and he has dark purple fire surrounding him at all times. He head looks big and bulky and very metal like (think of transformers but slightly different), his hands are huge and look very metal like, and his upper body is sort of visible. He does not have visible arms.
Backstory: A robot master created by Michael712 in his spare time. It is not known so much why he did this, but it is believed that he wanted to created a powerful warrior, and it seemed that he knew how to do so. After being activated, he agreed on something with M712. He then left to go to random places for some reason. M-7 likes what he does, and knows he will continue doing it.
Powers: He can float around, and his hands can go far distances. He has very heavy amounts of strong metal for amour, along with the fact that he is hard to hit. Most attacks will do very little to him, unless he takes a huge stab strait through his chest, as that's where he takes most damage. Only thing is, that is hard to do.
Weapons/Other abilities: Although he cannot teleport, he can make himself invisible (and unhitable), which can be used as a slow teleport in a way. He uses his hands to fight.
Attacks: Can extend his hands to far distances that can be used as very powerful punch attacks. Usually he will keep his hands close to him when not attacking though. He can also open his hands and launch dark purple aura-like fire attacks.
Other: Michael712 named M-7 after himself. You probably guessed that.

The luna triplets.

Appearance: 3 little sisters with different , straight hair colours (Pink, orange and purple respectively), and elegant, colorful outfits with sprawled bows and scarfs. They also have lovingly decorated hats and green cat-like eyes.

Personality: They are pretty sarcastic when talking, also overreacting things, just like if they were the narrators of a theather playing.

Backstory: They are 3 different personalities of a main person, resulting in the different color pigments and outlook yet the same kind of body of the triplets. This incident happened when the goals of a girl diverged drastically when an accident occured, resulting in the creation of different kind of personas developing different attitudes by their own will, just to reach the mentioned goals. They are, in fact, clones or illusions of the same girl.
Weapon/Other abilities: The tree girls uses different weapons.

* Pink luna, the past triplet: She uses a sledgehammer with a great strength, despite her being the most shy of the sisters. She can launch the sledgehammer, or either use it as a weapon or shield to repel magic. Finally, she has the capacity to crush the time flow, and separate magic from reality.

* Orange luna, the present triplet: She has the ability to release rapid golden strings though the battlefield, and use them to either torture or suffocate someone. The strings have also the capacity to pass though the body as though if they were shot, and travels at a high speed. She is the most active luna sister.

* Purple luna, the future triplet: She uses a scythe, and is the most lethal of the luna triplets. She fiercely tries to cut the opponent in half, as at the same time she tries to protect his other sisters. She has the capacity to create and cut illusions, as she is supposed to be the main persona of the luna personalities, though ironically she is disguised as an illusion.

Other: No one really knows the appareance of the real luna, neither know her real name. If one of the luna sister dies, then the force and skill of the left sisters becomes stronger, since the tree sisters shares the same body.

HARE WE GOO AGAIN

Name: Ventus

Personality: Having assumed the responsibilties of being ThatGuy's right hand man, his carefree nature is obscured by his sense of duty and justice.  He is cold to strangers but is still quite affable to close friends.  He will avoid starting confrontations but is not afraid to finish them, and also personally enjoys showing off his battling prowess.  Loyal to his close friends to the bitter end.

Appearance: Same sea-blue eyes, brownish-yellow hair, well-loved loafers, crown necklace, and jeans as before, but he has now taken to wearing a red t-shirt and black leather jacket.  His face is slightly more gaunt and he is slightly taller than he was a year ago.

Weapon of Choice: Having been a whole year of aiding ThatGuy, he has found it tiring in summoning his Keyblade for every occasion.  Thus, he has trained himself to be somewhat adept in most forms of weaponry should the need arise, but still prefers his Keyblade over all other weapons.  He has taken to giving his Keyblade a more common appearence in attempts to not attract attention, but should the need arise he can alter it to it's true form.  He has also abandoned all use in other forms of magic so he can perfect his wind magic, which he has great control over.

Fighting Style: Over the year, he has learned to make every blow count in a battle.  Thus, he has slowed down his fighting style from fast, petty blows to strong, well-aimed blows with both Keyblade and magic.  Takes personal pride in his accuracy.

Special Abilities: Can hover off the ground utilizing wind for a few minutes, but it is tiring to use it for that long a duration.  Can also draw power from allies in a battle, changing his appearance and weapon.

Other Notes: Loves to sleep and eat.

Appearance: A big ol' scarlet toxic blob, with a head resembling one of the pantheons head. it also has large hands coming out of the toxic blobs side.
Personality: Calm, but jolly; you do not want to know what happens when you tick it off.
Backstory: A pantheon fell into toxins when he was on the job, the toxins ate through his body and lightly ate through its head; over a couple of months, the toxins grew arms and hands, it got dangerous enough that it escaped the toxin treatment facility that it was held in.
Weapons: The pantheons head, it generates about over 50,000 volts; Thus, electrifying the the toxic slime.
Attacks: He can turn his hands into solids and slams the enemy into the wall; Also, the pantheon can fire powerful blasts of plasma at the enemy, stunning it. It can also wrap around the enemy then shocking it to death, and it can finally split into 8.
Other: It awnsers questions in low beeps, It also likes Alpha and omega.

Name: Antares Satevis

Appearance: He has a regal appearance, with black hair, a blue and white cape and a set of reflective armor, which he wears in battle. Outside of it, he wears mainly a formal outfit, more of a fancy suit with a tie.

Personality: Judgmental. He always looks at the flaws of others and deems them unworthy of his trust. Because of this he trusts no one, thinking that a person is merely an actor, hiding his true ambitions. He holds complete disgust to those who gained reputation through unjust means, and will go out of his way to break it and make said person suffer and "learn their place". Values the truth highly, punishing anyone abusing or denying it brutally.

Weapon: Optical Edge - A blade that was created by Antares himself, it has the ability to mirror the other person's weaknesses, and use them against him. Said weaknesses can be both physical and magical, evening out sides if the other person has more power. Not very effective against those with minimal weaknesses, and can also affect the person through psychological weaknesses (kind of like slight nightmares) if it hits. He isn't really a fan of using it, and would rather use his other powers that he has. This sword also uses his barrier as it's blade, lowering his defense.

Powers: Reflective Barrier - He's able to reflect projectiles back at people, by using a barrier that closely surrounds him. It affects projectiles such as bullets, lasers, light and throwable weapons.
 
Refraction - He can bend light in such a way where it creates a bent illusion, in which it seems that he is in one place but really is in another. It can also make him completely reflective, only seen by a distortion in the air.

Summon Mirror - He can summon mirrors which further increase his defense and reflective abilities. Bigger projectiles require bigger mirrors, and thus it takes more time to create them. This can later lead to...

Mirror Shards - Antares makes a clenching motion with his fist, which causes his mirror to instantly break, turning into dozens of shards. He then points his hand at the enemy, causing all the shards to head wickedly fast towards the target. The bigger the mirror, the more shards are released. He can also create them using his mirrored barrier, although they are far less numerous and it weakens his defenses.

Mirror Transport - Antares can go into his own mirrors, and appear out of another one. His mirrors act like a portal of such, as Antares himself can shoot projectiles in one and have them come out the other.

Experimental Electric Field - An experimental ability, Antares can create beams between mirrors, creating a barrier between them. Those unlucky enough to be in the middle of the two mirrors will be stunned, and crushed by the ensuing collision of both mirrors. Requires more than one mirror to perform, shatters both to pieces.

Mastery of Light - Antares has an affinity in Light magic, and will use this in conjunction with his mirrors to direct them at targets (Or other mirrors to keep the chain going).

Reflective Synthesis - Antares creates a giant mirror, which he uses to suck up the target inside of it. He then crushes his hand into a fist, turning the mirror- and its captive- into a thousand pieces. By far the trickiest move to pull off, as the time to create this massive mirror is long and he mainly uses this as a finisher.

Backstory: One of the nobility in an his country, Antares played a role in the senate. The country he lived in was quite powerful in stature, and Antares was widely respected and trusted by both the people and his fellow senators. He represented the common sense, along with the truth, always suggesting the correct and truthful way to solve problems. However, good things never come to last as he was blamed for a crime, the illegal summoning of a nefarious demon, caused by a insane cult. Antares tried to stop the cultists, but when he reached the scene, the cultists were all dead and the demon was summoned. Antares fought the demon and lost. Rumors started to sweep around his country, along with his fellow senators of how Antares summoned the demon and wanted to control it, wiping out the other cultists and wanting power for himself. It eventually erupted to his firing from the senate and exile, so he left, torn by his betrayal of his friends and disgusted by their fast change of heart. Later, the country was thought to have fallen into civil war and corruption, and fell to ruins, without a trace of it left...

Other: He's mainly defensive in his fighting style.

Appearance: Uppertorso resembles a normal upper humanoid structure, Lower body is snake like, arms can turn into cannons

Personality: Wicked, cunning, malevolent, deceiving, and plans out his attacks with the utmost thought.

Weapon/Other Abilities: Telekinesis, multiple elemental abilities (Fire, Electricity, Water, etc.) Pulse Cannons (very high caliber)

Other: He is very unknown as who he truely is, but he was built by an unknown scientist to search out some mysterious power...

Can you please be a bit more specific on the elemental abilities? Makes things a bit easier.

Character 3, go!

Name: Artificial Lifelike EXperimental Integrated System (She usually just goes by "Alexis")
Appearance: Appears to be a young woman (late 20's) wearing a suit of lightweight mechanical equipment. On closer inspection, she's fully robotic.
Backstory: Alexis is a project of the Inter-Dimensional Extratemporal Stability Enforcement, an organization from the future based around protection of the stability of the dimensions. She has been sent back to investigate the interdimensional activity of this era and, if necessary, intervene.
Personality: Cold, stoic, calculated. Will not react in any sort of emotional way to anything.* Shows no mercy in combat.
Weapons:
Machinegun - Alexis's basic weapon is a pair of retractable machine gun installed in her arms. They're fairly standard caliber LMGs, packing anti-personnel rounds for light targets.
Beam Shooter - Alexis has a beam shooter in both palms that can be charged up to fire blasts of explosive energy. Due to the delay required to charge them, she usually uses them when she needs to punch through armor that her bullets can't pierce.
Beam Saber - Alexis carries a small metal stick that, when combined with energy from her Beam Shooters, becomes a sword of plasma. This does not require as much energy (i.e. can't be charged) and is much more controlled than the Beam Shooters, making it ideal for close-quarters combat and cutting through obstacles.
Missile Barrage - Alexis has what appears to be a backpack of some sort installed on her back. This pack opens up to fire an array of roughly 20 small heat-seeking highly-explosive missiles, each about the size of a baseball. This is used mainly as a last resort, since she can only fire it once before she needs to have more warped to her location. In case the target goes cold, she can also remote control the missiles, but it's significantly more difficult to get a good shot.
Neurotoxin - In case she is destroyed or in a sufficiently dangerous situation, Alexis is filled with a neurotoxin that eats away at the nervous system when breathed in. The toxin is surprisingly lethal, requiring a somewhat small concentration of the toxin to be inhaled and doing damage in less than a minute. Alexis can release this through vents in her shoulders and back, fairly rapidly filling the room with the toxins. These vents automatically open if she sustains critical damage. Alexis is programmed to use this only if she has no other tactic she can use. This ability does not affect non-biological enemies and is not incredibly dangerous in a well-ventilated area unless you are directly next to her.
Abilities:
Flight - Alexis uses rocket engines in her feet and hands to fly. She can also hover with one hand and She can fly without using her hands, though it's significantly more difficult to control.
Support - Alexis is equipped with an inter-temporal radio that allows her to call home for supplies. Between battles, she can refill her bullets, missiles, and neurotoxin (if she ever uses it) by having the supplies warped to her location.
Scan - Alexis can determine information about her opponents with a series of quick scans. She can determine anyone's power level and abilities just by looking in their direction, formulating a strategy based on what is at their disposal.
View Change - Alexis can change her view to a variety of different alternate modes, ranging from a light-amplifying mode (like "night goggles"), thermal mode, infra-red mode, ultra-violet mode, sound-detection mode (like echolocation), and others. When her mode is switched to something other than her standard or light amplifying mode, however, she loses depth perception.
Hardline - Alexis can analyze containers to determine their contents before anyone opens them. This ability has a rather startling accuracy rate, considering she doesn't have to be able to see through the container to use it.
Hardened - Alexis's attacks can pierce through walls (with the exception of the Missiles and Neurotoxin), and she doesn't flinch when attacked (due to her being a robot).
Hacker - Alexis is capable of detecting, intercepting, and/or disrupting electrical and radio signals. Motion-sensing equipment will not pick her up when she moves past it.
Other Notes: Alexis is from the distant future, when robotics have become incredibly advanced to the point where lifelike humanoid robots are a possibility. In her time, "mindpoison" (a broad term covering anything in the realms of fantasy, magic, and religion) is criminal and punishable by immediate termination. Because of this, she will attack magic-users with no provocation.

* Alexis has begun to show minor emotional responses. They're rather dull, but the implications of an AI being capable of developing previously supressed emotions is a little unsettling.
Her personality is generally the same as her original programming (Loyal to her creators, hates magic) but her responses are rooted more in an emotional response than just "she was programmed that way." She is, however, showing signs of questioning morality, a fact that makes her creators a bit nervous.

Name: Scrap Metal (real creative I know)
Location: Comes from a future where robot like people rule.

Personality: Scrap metal's personality is a hybrid of Bowser, Ganon, and most RPG villains. He is slightly full of himself but not to the point of being arrogant, rude or cocky. The word confident is the best way to describe this. He is also clever cunning and intelligent, in both mental and strategic state, waiting until he is sure that he does not need someone any more when he disposes of them.  He can also be very cold and heartless towards people who try to kill him or insult him. He has turned nations against each other in order to achieve his goals and will murder anyone who tries to get in his way. He never over or underestimates any one, and Scrap metal knows his limits based on the situation he is in. Scrap metal is also quite sadistic to weak fighters(people who are very easily demolished by Scrap metal in a fight) However depending on the opponent he may offer to let them join his ranks if he cannot corrupt them, but he usually kills them. Scrap metal hates others who are arrogant and people who lie to his face. Scrap metal is also quite calm and is difficult to shock, surpize or anger. (Unless one of his easily replaceable troops fail misrbally, then the troop is screwed). Scrap metal has high amounts of forsight, so to the common moron it lookes like he can see the future because of how acurate he is, he also has the mind of a con artest, because of this skill he made allies with other people with out corrupting them, then (sometimes quite litterally) stabbing him in the back when he is no longer of use.  He also is very logical, and very persuasive makeing those who resest this corruption powers join him through his own choices makeing him a deadly leader. Scrap metal also has a sense of humour, although a rather dark sense of humour, usually with most of his jokes involving genocide.

Weapon: Scrap metal has one weapon and that is his short sword, the sword, often known as the sword of corruption or diafthorá is barely used for swordplay.  It is actually a few inches tall of being a dagger. The diafthora multiplies Scrap metals energy biased powers a lot. Allowing him to corrupt easier and at a mere swing of the sword he can shoot spheres of dark energy at high speeds.  The way he moves the sword manipulates the energy that the sword expels (i.e a jab would shoot out a beam). Scrap metal is however good at sword play but is better of punching his enemies if he is in a melee fight. Scrapmetal can also summon a tentical to use as a whip. He does not use this often, and it has the same effects as the ones mentiond in his powers.

Other notes: When Scrap metals head is taken off  (green stuff) it can fly around and he has small control over dark energy.  He is nowhere near as strong as he was with a body but he can fight and kill a person who does not fight or has low fighting skill. Scrap metal is also shown to be quite heavy leaving cracks if he jumps down from a tall height but he moves at an above average speed in his normal body. Scrap metal has seen only a few humans in his life time but he knows that they cannot be corrupted. Scrap metal is not pure machine so he has human emotions, can feel pain, and can bleed a type of blood. Not fuel, but not organic material ether. Lastly Scrap metal comes from the future so you may need to explain why he is in the past.

EDIT: added powers/weapons that I forgot to add and expanded on the corription power.
EDIT 2: fleshed out Scrap metal personallity more.

Oh, I had that toy! :D  It's a lego Bionicle thingy, I don't remember the exact name though.
EDIT: They were called piraka, i can't recognize any of the parts, though.
