Dark Matter's sound effect (one of Veigar's abilities in LoL) is pretty sweet.

Uncharged Mega Buster from Mega Man 7.

Homing Torpedo from X1 had a pretty good sound effect.

Oh and Electric Spark.

The weapons sounds while having a Quad in Quake.
And the sound when you pick up a medikit. I just love that one so very much.
