Super Smash Bros. Project M 1V1 Tourney!!!!

Okay so last time things didn't go so well. This time it's gonna be 1V1, so calm down kiddies.

First off, make sure you get the latest version of PM which is 3.02. Make sure it is also the WiFi safe version too.

This will be a double elimination tourney, meaning that you aren't knocked out of the tourney unless you lose twice. All Matches will be played best 2-3, except in the winners finals, losers finals, and grand finals which will be played best 3-5.

Ok so now here comes the rules.

1. All Matches will be played in 4 stocks on 8 minutes.
2. In case of a Stock tie, the person with the lowest percentage wins.
3. All items are OFF
4. You can pick 3 characters (I wouldn't put a limit on this, but because it's online, this makes things simpler)
5. All stages on the first page of the stage select are legal, everything else is banned except for Lylat Cruise, Pictochat, and Kongo Jungle
6. In matches, both players pick a stage, then if it goes to the third match, then both players mutually pick a stage.

NOTE: if you haven't used a character in a match yet, you can switch it out, but you have to notify me first before you use that character.

Okay, so I've changed the player max from 16 to 8 due to not many people signing up. But if I see more people sign up within a week, I'll extend the max amount of players.

So in other words the tourney will definitely start March 3rd, so get ready to do matches at that time. Also, remember that this is double elimination, so there's no need for pre-match seeding.
