Basically every single thing the announcers in the Thunder Force series say. Some pronounciations are just hilarious, and the crappy PCM hardware of the 16-bit days doesnt help either. (Latharr (for Laser and Lancer), Wave Shut, rayde (Blade), Lol (for Claw) and so many more)
And I really like the voices used in Gradius Gaiden, too. (A giant moai statue saying: "You can't beat me with that, loser" is just too good for words.)

There are so many, but usually they're charge up sounds. Most notably, the Plasma Cannon in Duke Nukem 64 charging up.

I love the sound of the master spark. It's just one of those sounds that immediately is tied to it.

TF2: Windowbreaker, err Widowmaker
Such a masterpiece of sound design.

And I like the voices in Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun so much. Just the way the Engineers say things when you choose them and the death screams. And I also like the sound it makes when you get more tiberium from your harvesters. And the sounds of the rocket launchers. And just about everything about that game.

Sonic Boom from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.

Also the sound that occurs when Quadraxis fires the locked homing annilator shot.

The Plasma Rifle in Doom, and not the PSX version of it.

I didn't know anyone would like that ear rape. When I made the huge park map, I replaced it with the Doom 64 sound. Same for the teleporter sound. I just couldn't stand either.

I like it because the final part fits the HUD animation and... I dunno, it sounds cool.

How about some of the sounds from the original Sonic games on the Sega Genesis?
Like the Spring sound and the Flipper sound from Casino Night?

That was pretty much my reaction upon hearing it.
