Might I suggest some images for us to see before we go downloading?

I had to download this to look at it and... I'm sorry to say that this is some really poor sprite work.

The electric spark looks lumpy, C. Sting is the wrong shape entirely and the x buster is obviously just  recolored mega buster shots. And shotgun ice does not look like ice at all.

My advice is to look at the sprites for the X games, see what they did right. For starters, they didn't use a black outline on ice projectiles because they looked better without it, same with energy projectiles like the X buster.
