why don't you just pull a Mega Man 9

use your Glaceon sprites in different poses and tile them with one big color sprite in the center-left

of course this involves having multiple sprites of Glaceon but it would be freakin' amazing

Finnaly found a way to get a good image of a game i liked to use as a background image. In this case its the Downtown District of GTA2 in night mode viewed through a rather experimental and half-functioning editor someone made. For now its pretty much just an exellent zone editor and possibily good at editing (but not adding script stuff).

I'll tell you how to get rid of recycle bin.
1:Right click on your desktop
2:Hover over View so you see the options for it
3:Make sure Alight Icons to Grid is off
4:Make sure small icons is on
5:Move the exact right edge of the recycling bin icon over to the left until completely unseen.
If it works yay

Since 8:30 AM I've been watching Gemini Laser marathon all Megaman games. During Megaman 1, he had trouble with Ice Man for a really long time, so I made a joke that turned into a running gag for every game over to follow.
And then some amazing person made a picture for the joke. And that picture is now my desktop.

On Windows7 I am using u-tarou.png (too lazy to reboot to get a screenshot).

And before anyone asks, scrot is a screenshot utility.

Also Wallpapers are kinda pointless on awesome because it is a tiling WM (think Windows8 Metro Screen, but actually usable and fun, and with a normal start menu (that I never use because of the top row run prompt)). Like normally I have skype, xterm and firefox open on [1], konsole and dolphin on [2], htop on [4], the awesome man page on [9] and clementine on [8] (And the screen is always 100% filled because it is a tiling WM, which means you can't see the desktop unless you use transparency or have no programs open on the [] you're in).
And it idles at 640MB on my ubuntu 12.04 setup. 640Megs! That's less than half what unity uses.

It's like it's a 3D picture. When I scroll up and down, the mets stay in position, but the things infront move. Not in every zoom level.

There is this one key on the keyboard called "Print Screen" (prt scr) for laptop keyboards (But who honestly cares about those <.<). First thing is first, go to your desktop and press the "Print Screen" key, also make sure nothing is blocking it, like folders, other windows.

Malwarebytes isn't meant to be used as a primary antivirus software. Unless you have the paid plus version of Malwarebytes, you should be using software like AVG, Avast, Kaspersky, or really any of those that actively protect your computer and update a lot. Malwarebytes should be used if those fail.

I updated my Desktop, now cleaner than ever! Using the help of Rainmeter, I now have only that little (+) to do anything on my computer. Unless I want to be wimpy and actually use the taskbar at the bottom of the screen that I have hidden.

If you get it to work, feel free to ask me for the theme file I'm using (because I made it myself and never shared it with anyone).
To be precise, I am using custom theme.lua and rc.lua files that change the icons in awesome's menus.
For everything else I am using the Greybird GTK-theme and the "elementary-xfce-dark" icon theme.
The titlebar font is called "Kates" and is kind of a pain to set up because it uses an obsolete format.

The Print Screen button should work, but for me, it never did anything until I got Dropbox. You could try that.

the Print Screen button just literally takes a screenshot of whatever's on your desktop
and puts it on your clipboard

after that you should go paste it into some image editing software
and save it as an image

FUN FACT: The only versions of this screenshot I could find, one was faded colour and large, and the other had vibrant colours but it was stupidly small. So I had to take the faded one and modify it in Paint.NET. It still isn't perfect, though.

(And I just noticed that Toad firework is based off of the MK64 neon portrait of Toad. Maybe the remake isn't as bad as I thou- naah, it's still not as good as the original.)

- Who uses Internet Explorer at all?
- Make one new folder and move all your other desktop folders to it, leaving this new folder on the desktop.
- If those images aren't high priority, you could take them off from the desktop or move them to a new subsection of your new folder.
- HEY KAPUS, YOU HAVE A INSTALLER ON YOUR DESKTOP.

Another thing; this is just a pet peeve of mine, but alot of your shortcuts still have Shortcut To on them.

I personally can't be bothered to keep things tidy in terms of organization at work unlike at home.

Then again, Linux basically strongly encourages you not to create a mess, unlike Windows, especially Windows7 which really encourages you to not care about where you save your files because of that library feature.

So I have a bunch of text files on my desktop instead.
I had so many I had to make a folder dedicated to them.

Also thanks Rozark for the background addition, it's probably the most unfitting in the bunch but I like it nonetheless.

The art style for the classic games are so adorable.

I'm a bit sad Capcom didn't take advantage of the cutesy style as much outside of Powered Up.

Well, Capcom DID make a game called "Puzzle Fighter" which had various Capcom characters in the same sort of chibi style as Powered Up.

I decided to take someone's drawing, use waifu2x to upscale it, and use it as my own desktop background. I even sorted my icons so that they'd fit under the mountains. It looks pretty legit (warning: 1920x1080 screenshot)
