Plug Ball, compared to every other weapon in the game, is really really loud. Hornet Chaser is also a bit noisy (even with just one bee) but Plug Ball is just ridiculously loud. Tone it down for v5b, please.

I'd assume all sound effects were ripped from this specific track from the Rockman 9 Original Soundtrack release. There are some things about the ripping/recording quality of the official OST, namely being too loud and having a slightly higher pitch in comparison to the in-game tracks.

In Plug Ball's case, not only is it loud, but because you spam it a lot the sound effect itself becomes jarring as it's mostly grindy noise channel duty cycle trickery a-la Metal Blade and Shadow Blade.
