Damn laggy US servers...

Anyone else got that particular problem, you want to play, but ALL the Megaman servers that are being used are nothing but US or worse? Something i encounter daily, considering a low ping is a must-have for my, uh, need to game at top effeciency, having as small as possible ping and absolutely NEVER having any lagging shots or reactions (they're lethal, very lethal.
So... I wonder if anyone's making an reliable EU server, or maybe Cutman can arrange one(if those damned us servers actually dont suck away all the players in their laggy domain)?
Aside looking for solutions, i'd say this is a fine place to rant about the lack of non-laggy non-US servers , too. Maybe i'll host one again, though there's rarely any enjoyable people to play it with. :P

I've seen UK servers every now and then, but none that are permanent as far as I know.

I usually play with a 200 - 250 ping... that kinda sucks but im used to crappy connections so thats ok.
If it really bothers you coult try to set up a server yourself and invite people to it.

One of the problems is that most US ISPs have very crappy upload speeds compared to the download and most people are running the servers out of their house.
I've got plenty of upload and most of the people on my server are sub 100ms ping.

I just happen to see your server, though personally that 150-ish ping or so is way to laggy for me to play properly. Ping near 80-90 is barely acceptable, those might cause some delays, any worse and its a whole lag-fest!
Meh, i might just be horribily picky, but i'm pretty confident that lag comes at even medium ping, its quite annoying. There is an incredible lack of European servers though, aside mine i sometimes host. Or just about anything with good ping to Europeans.
Meh, hope i can find something playable.
Edit: This is rediculous! I know its not such an active time for Europeans, but...!
List of MM servers with people:
(click to show/hide)
DogOLives Record-A-Duel MM8BDM - 200+ ping
Chill's Awesomey XBDM Xat Party - 150+
[JP] No Smoking Server - 300+
MM8bDM Grni Server - 300+
Derp (yeah, thats its name) - 146
Axem Black's (cencored)-free-zone - 165
OrangeMario's Team DM Server (uneligible text) - amost 200
Action Adventure World's Mega Man DeathMatch Server! - 169
Rose Garden Server - 200+
Mega Cool Story Bro! - 250+ (hate this laggy server that sucks in all the people)
BR91's MM8BDM Capture The Flag Server - 130
Nam-Ereh-Won's (hardly memorable text) - 168
How am i supposed to play normally? Any love for the Europeans?

Never seen it, i bet. I sometimes host my own too, though that might conflict a little with World of Warcraft that i sometimes play. Hell, if anyone needs an EU server avaiable i might be tempted to host it whenever i am back from work. Though it barely takes 9-10 people before it starts lagging, unfortunately.

I have to agree... most servers gimme a 150+ Ping...half the listed servers even 200-300 ping...
Rarely I see a < 100 ping server

yeah, but i'm saying there will be no actual consequences if you lose. there is nothing at stake when you open up the server browser.

People dont like to lose, well, i dont in any case. And if i do, i'd BETTER lose to an stronger opponent, not due to lag! Simply put i HATE lag, i cant play with it, there's absolutely NO-ONE hosting a MM8BDM server with acceptable European ping, let alone people joining empty ones with good ping, and it makes it REALLY hard for people like me to play the game and have fun at the same time.
Considering the wide audience it attracts (2-4 servers full in the late time in my country), why are there no proper non-US servers!? As if only US people even know about Megaman, sheesh. Also, lagg is an extreme joy killer, especially if it prevents you from fragging people (aside them lagging instead and popping up at the other side of the map, heh).

Fortunately you didnt make any sense at all. Couldnt expect anything constructive from you anyway. Meh, idiots...
Hmm... Perhaps Cutman can arrange an Obsidian server for Megaman? Or any other non-US host, perhaps. And hosting myself rarely fixes the problem, people are too scared to join my high-ping (to them) server. You probaly are incapable of having a similar problem and trying to help others with it, so you just feel the need to be an rude idiot about it. Meh, some people... Too bad there's people like that thing on this forum.
Maybe to have an miracle occur and actually find a low-ping server or get people to join it... Oh, and its quite an problem, i hope Cutman can fix it, not all the Megaman fans (or simply those who like the game) have an good connection to the US. I dont think Unlagged built into the ST version helps either. High ping is high ping (thus lag) and you'll need some pretty impressive stuff or proof to make me think otherwise.
