The reason her hair changes is I didn't want her hair to change with item rotations, so I tried for a similar cyan, but I guess it just went weird in game...

Isn't the one in there named "Twin Devil" or something? Yellow Devil is one of the most recurring characters, to the point that people only know the "devils" as Yellow, Green, Black.

I guess he meant the GREEN twin DEVIL, as there is a yellow and a green one. God, how I hate them.

TECHNICALLY, he could also mean MM9 as in MM&B, as MM&B took place after MM8, therefore making it the REAL Megaman 9.

it means if you add it to the MM8BDM program it will ahve a bot of that skin to play against.
