Doodle or Die is a game in which the initiator of a string of pictures either writes a caption or draws a picture. The next person, if they got a caption, must draw what is written in the caption, or, if they got a picture, must caption it. The person after them cannot see what the first person wrote or drew, and must subsequently go by only what the person before them drew or wrote.
TL;DR It's the game Telephone with pictures and captions.
Try it out, it's pretty fun once you get used to all the genitals, ponies, and Homestuck.
Oh, and Sanic.
