I may be wrong but it seems you didn't load the necessary files or didn't put them up in the correct order.

Make sure your IWAD is set to megagame.wad and that MM8BDM-v2c is first in the Additional WADs list. I just tried it myself with Classes-v6e and it worked just fine.

It's like adding any other sound to it, you just define next to dstaunt in the SKININFO lump. If it's not there just add it yourself like the wiki shows.

Why would you even need to ask that?

Unless you want people joining or getting their hands on whatever you're testing, why would you upload something that is meant to be private to wadhost. It's like shooting yourself in the foot.

Get Paint.net, use the eraser to delete the white background in all of the frames, save it as a PNG and you're done. You can also use the Magic Wand tool in the same program to select the white background, then press Delete on your keyboard to get rid of it.

Didn't someone already answer this to you on your own skin topic?

I'm pretty sure you can use whatever port you like for hosting, not just 10666. Try switching to another port that works for you and if that doesn't works there's probably another firewall or something similar blocking Skulltag/Zandronum.

Alternatively, you could try adding -upnp to the server command line if your router has that capability and see if it helps, though I doubt it will do much.

Try creating an account and logging in. This happens to me quite often and logging in fixes it for some reason.
