Actually, I've been interested in making MM8BDM skins and since I LOVE Castlevania I might try to make one. Hell, I now want to work on Soma Cruz and Alucard too. I just need to play around for a bit in Paint.net, it's been a while since I worked on 8-bit graphics. No promises though, since I'm known as an extremely lazy person.

exactly. it is very annoting to see ppl making useless skin request threads on this forum. ppl should make there own skins if they want them. if you dont know how to we have tutorials here that can show you.

So, I'm having some problems with the skin right now, I can't seem to make him look old like in SOTN and I need to play around with his height a bit too. It's pretty hard using 8-bit graphics, but I'm pretty sure I can finish it... Someday... Seriously now, apart from that everything's going fine, I'll post a link when I'm finished. Right now I'm pretty sleepy, so I'll continue tomorrow when I have the time.

Not trying to flame or anything, but how is it annoying to ask for help? Not everyone has the time, patience and/or talent to make such things. But yes, I do agree this has a limit.

It's been an unwritten rule here that you don't post skin requests unless somebody says they're taking requests.  It tends to come across as "I want it, but I don't want to take the time to try it myself."

Im sorry. i didnt mean to come off as a s*** head, if you noticed there has been quiete a few of these "i want this skin" threads that pop up here. If this gentlemen wanted to request a skin, he should pm an author/artist and ask him, not post a thread. We all have character skins we wold like to see made, but the truth is we all cant get what we want and there are those who would disagree with the kind of skin you want or would prefer someone else. Like i would love to see a master chief 8 bit skin, but if i straight up posted thread saying "i want a master chief skin, can someone plez make it thanx bye" that would look pretty silly. now this gentlemen doesnt say it like this, but it does imply that he wants a specific skin and he wants someone to make for him. not a bad thought, but we are starting to get these(skin threads)  recently and its annoying becuase they are wasting space in what should be for editing topics only or related.

Maybe we should have an "Official Request Thread" to take care of this issue and keep it out of people's faces who don't want to see it, while still allowing people to make and take requests as they please.

I don't think that's a good idea myself. While you have good intentions, I can also see this turning into the lazy way out for any new comers of Cutstuff. They see an official request thread, why bother doing it themselves? The requests piles up and no one works on them.

Well, not everyone has a talent for spritework. I don't think "why don't you do it yourself if you want it so much?" is valid.

Generally, people who take requests do so in their own topic, so it's probably better for them and their topics to not have this list.

Second but more importantly, you'd have the problem of some requests getting done and others getting ignored.  Then, the person getting ignored will get upset and we'll have a bunch of manufactured stupid internet drama.
