Skipping to Evil Energy Robot Boss

I wish to record the music for youtube (with permission) and upload a extended version for others to listen to if they desire to. How would I go about getting permission and skipping to this fight?

The composer of that song is RushJet1 so that would be a good place to start.  However, he already has a normal length version of the song on Youtube.

the vrc6 video has two versions of the song in addition to a link to a bandcamp album that has both versions featured in the video for mp3 download.

I already have the original files, but if nothing else, I want to be able to have a version that loops and plays for longer then the base file just for my own personal use, that's why I asked how to go about skipping to this particular boss fight.

in game, it loops to the length of the file i provided, then back to the beginning. this can be done with most any audio or video editing program.
but if you wish to skip to the boss, you can type "secret_evilrobotunlock 2" followed by "map unkown"

the intro is repeated with the current music loop

If you've already beaten him in the campaign, you can just select his mugshot in the Stage Select and go straight to him.
You can cut out extra audio later.

I have not reached him in the campaign yet I'm afraid, been busy with other games
