The Skin List palettes were intentional so people know what their original palettes were.

Yes, the current finished ones, Cedric and Meg DO have Blue-And-Cyan Palettes. Sparkle is currently just a beta right now. She's gonna get an update today.

Why not use the Power Armor skin and edit that in place of regular Megaman? Just so, it is a "bit" less of an edit.

Because Stinkoman is not an edit of Power Mega Man, I can still use regular Mega Man just fine for Stinkoman. Plus I don't have the Power Armor skin sprites on me at the moment as I didn't make them.
