Going back and forth from Light Labs to Dr. Cossack's Spaceship

Chapter 13 spoilers ahead!!!
(click to show/hide)Is there a way to go back and forth as many times as you like between Light Labs(normal hub) and Dr. Cossack's Spaceship(Chapter 13 hub)? I haven't made it to the chapter yet, and want to know if there's a way to go back and forth between the 2 hubs so I can still access the training area(I like playing around with weapons) and the Chapter 13 stages simultaneously.

(click to show/hide)After unlocking Chapter 13, the spaceship appears as a selectable option from the Light Labs stage select.
