I'm not sure if you just mean Ghouls forest (1), or that you're familiar with all of them, but in case you arent, there's 1, 2 and 3, kinda getting scarier as the number rises. Try to avoid (or prepare) for any possible heart/etc problems if you're new to GF(Ghouls Forest) 3. :P

As for any other single player, there's Yurei Battle, it works online and offline. It comes with GVHV3b1, wich is found at http://phenomer.net/hosted/gvh/gvhv3b1.zip.
Running it is probaly as simple as loading GVHv3B1.pk3 along with gvhv3b1-yurei-battle.pk3, either selecting both of them at the same time and dragging them onto Skulltag.exe or starting up a game using a server browser's singleplayer menu, be sure to set it to Survival (though Cooperative might work too), and you can also set maximum lives through sv_maxlives or an option in a server browser's singleplayer menu, if you want.

Oh, and Ghouls Forest 3 is found on the very same website this forum is on, on this page:
http://cutstuff.net/blog/?page_id=31
Not sure if it works as well these days though, it also works online, too.
Edit: The page also has links to other related wads to make it work better, if it doesnt work too well alone.
