...and what is the story with the green and x3 blue bombs?

The ones on the first list I probably should have added.

The ones on the second list, don't make sense with these icons.

And the green bomb is the ones the enemies use, and the 3 bombs are the icon from LTTP when you obtain more than 1 bomb in a chest. I added them just for completeness.

(I'm surprised you didn't notice the Yellow Potion from BS Zelda: The Ancient Stone Tablets.)

Huh... guess I forgot that lantern oil wasn't a thing until later, because that's what I thought the yellow one was.

It's always kind of vaguelly bugged me that the pendants/crystals don't do anything for you outside of the story.  Making them something you can actually USE or that gives you some minor passive bonus that increases incrementally would have been cool.
