Using BarylTDF's sprite again I bring you a fire Constellation Droid Libra.

Used weapons are of the bosses who are in his stage Hard and Cut.

Looking at his in game animations, he does little moving of his arms outside of combat, SO he floats. This guy is big, the top of his sprite is at the same height as the top of Cloud's sprite, height is the size of Squid's Ra Devil.

I'm not making the sprites really, I'm using sprites made by someone on DA and editing them is all. ^^;
I still have a long way to go before I make good maps.

And the last part, your small part, already been thinking of ways to make the weapons. ;P I just can't script or trust myself making them.

Also the wiki says Squidgy is doing Apollo, Luna and Cancer, though he hasn't updated his skin topic in months.

Honestly, when I first saw this topic, I wasn't expecting much.  I stand greatly corrected.

Awesome work, and do you have any plans for other SF skins?

Be honest, I wasn't expecting to do much outside of my OC RMs. And sadly I'm hitting a rut of what I have the ability to do even in terms of things I have sprites for.

If I can find 8bit sprites of characters I can try and edit more frames for them but I can't make my own sprites outside of my own things sadly.

Ok playing with someone using the skin I noticed an error on 3 of Virgo's hurt frames so I fixed that, also double checked my other 4 skins and noticed the thing I fixed for Volt was still in issue so fixed that too.

The hurt and diagonal firing frames were done by "Ookami" by request of me due to her being an artist, though, it was her first time doing sprite work. But its better then what I would have done. ^^;

And yes I know it doesn't change color, that was the purpose of me making it the colors it is, because Megaman didn't change colors in game in either.

I didn't include a download link for a reason. I still gotta finish my onion reaver bot, I may not ever release the PC Megaman, and I posted it here cause I figured being in the expansion would be a bad idea for the reason Korby said.

As Rapidshare has deleted most of my DL links I uploaded a skin pack with all my skins minus Wave Man PC. This includes Virgo, Volt Man, Libra, Boulder Man, Wet Man, Tree Man, Mirror Man, Overcast Man 1, 2, 3, Overcast Men, the Wheelie I did for the Kirby expansion, and PC Megaman.

If you only want specific skins just leave the ones you don't want out.
