I was clarifying your terminology to help you make clearer distinctions in the future.
In other words, I was attempting to learn you something.
If I were posting just to post, I'd say something along the lines of "that's a cool frog" or "lol 900/900," especially outside of the forum game where I rate your avatar, thus giving me a post I wouldn't have otherwise gotten.

That's not to say I wouldn't post "that's a cool frog" if it had comedic value to it at some point, of course.
For example, if someone switched their avatar to the spinning frog gif I spammed in the art thread, because I have a personal connection to the frog[I made it], and because it's already a silly gif, it opens itself up to silly comments like that.
