Wait... I'm still confused, is there a thread that explains how to use doombuilder? Like textures and everything? I'm trying to science with the everything and I have no idea where to go, and what to do.

Make sure the chosen engine in Doom Builder 2 is Zandronum and not Skulltag.

i have the latest version of megaman 8-bit deathmatch and skulltag.EXE is non existent, i cant find it. halp?

Yeah, you need to use Zandorum.EXE (not Skulltag) that came with the game.
Skulltag was for the old-as-fart versions.




Somebody update dem tutorials.

i agree someone should update the tutorial. but i have another problem. when i try to test my map it loads to a certain point then says "things not found in Drknssouter (the name of my stage)

what do?

NotSupportedException when creating data reader: Compression method not supported"

I think it's telling me it's "unable" to load the skulltag thing...and the elements for MM8BDM aren't appearing (not even the 'decors' option. I'm using v2c of MM8BDM. How do I fix this?

There is your problem you need to update to v3b. V2c is a outdated version
