Does anyone have any advice on how to fight against a player with Astro Crush or Lightning Bolt?

Use when peeps are around you with meelee/close range weapons.Today i did 20 frags(in singleplayer)with only 1 use,haha

No no no. What I meant is if I don't have these weapons, but someone else does, and I want to frag him/her.
I have no doubt you can be a frag mogul if you use them, but when someone else is using them...

Oh, ok. Use some bouncing weapons(gemini laser) or spreading weapons(magma bazooka).
Using hornet chaser will ALWAYS work(i supose)

Just shoot them.
They can't move and if you're not pretty close you won't take any damage. If you're looking to avoid damage, just turn a corner.
Astro Crush can sometimes seem unavoidable if you're unaware, so just make sure to always check platforms beneath you when traversing.
Be very alert as to the positions of your enemies and you'll be fine.
