What is this?

I have two questions. One, what is this? I found it in the 3rd stage.




And every time I try to save it says I can't save while bots are in use. And if I save the second I enter the world, the file brings me to that level, then fades out to Level one.

It's a Yasichi. Hidden item, 1 in every stage. Doesn't do anything.

Also, the game saves AT THE END OF A CHAPTER. You can't save in a game or the lab!
