Also, i think an 8 bit version of airman ga taosenai should be added, also the 8 bit version of esperanto (mmz 4 2nd opening stage.... also flashman stage in rockman no constancy) and i kinda like crashman's song from the gameboy

All of the songs in the game appear in some form or another in a stage or in single player.  While it would be nice to add songs for the Hell of it, it would needlessly increase the file size of future updates.

why not just make 2 wily stages for MM9 so both of those awesome themes will be on there....(also We're the robots is better imo)

But i think MM7-10 should have 2 Wily Stages (if not,One stage based off of A Special Stage/Intro Stage,then a Wily Stage)

Chapter 1 had two fortress stages because it only had six Robot Master stages.  Mega Man 2-6 had one fortress stage because of the eight Robot Master stages.  Mega Man 7-10 will probably be the same way, but you're more than welcome to create your own takes on stages you want added to the game. (The Mega Man 8 intro stage, or Mega Man 7 Robot Museum, Crash Man stage from Mega Man II, etc.)

mike mentioned to me about adding all 4 wily stages to the megaman 7 expansion to make it more of a worthwhile download and to give the expansion more bulk, but we will see!

All of the songs on the list are in the game somewhere or included with Skulltag.  Since "We're the robots" isn't in the game anywhere (and there isn't really a place to put it yet), it isn't on the list.

Man, I'm going to be upset by the time MM9's expansion comes out.  I just know that We're the Robots will be in the Wily stage which makes me mad because Flash in the Dark is my favorite song in the entire series.

Yeah, I'm talking officially in the level.  I could whip up something to have every level play Flash in the Dark, but it would be nicer to have it already in the game.
