if YD actually DOES make an eddie class, then i might change my character, yah. eddie's potential to have a lack of dialogue intrigues me. and if not, enker is still top dawg.

and if you're joining, your name shouldn't be -username-
it should be -character (usn)-

Okay, I'm about to release Enker's Flash Map, but 'tis not the reason for this post...

Just to let you know, once I get more than one map of one type, such as RP02, I'll cram 'em into a map pack... Y'know, downloading a map over and over is quite monotonous, and incredibly annoying.

So, there'll be DM type and RP type. Yah.

looking like today... didn't go well, as of yet... so there's something we definitely need to settle now...

YD or KY classes?

from what i've heard, KY is preferred because it's more accurate
and YD is preferred because it's just downright playable (plus mm7 masters)

so... we need to settle it now, yes?

also, we need to define what wads are used. seems like, as of yet, we use:

CSCM Pack
IX Pack
AMP Pack
YD/KY Classes

we also need to decide if we'll use my RP map(s), because i have another in the works possibly
so... get replyin'...

all YD vs KY all makes for a epic and wildly fun team game, yes?
but a merge isn't really much of a priority compared to the release of v6c...
but still, YD napalm vs KY napalm... heheh... boom...

hey, i'd be all for a collab. there's great things about both modifications. KY classes stays a bit more true to the NES, such as hard man's fists returning to you, or dust man's sucking capability, plus the color schemes are closer to the original. YD classes are a bit more thoughtful about how the classes are made, and adding in new abilities to make them even more unique, such as ice man's frost breath, or dive man's mines. if you were to combine all the good stuff into one, we'd get one heck of a classes mod, am i right?

yeah, as for daniel, i saw him posing as [TTX] Alice on a powered up server. i know it was him because the color scheme he tried was [TTX] Alice, and there was much broken english on his part. i even caught him trying to quickly switch to the ninja roll skin before i saw him! see? now he's posing as other players!

so... any chance of an auto class or eddie class for team matches? auto could use a melee-style tool to repair teammates, and eddie could, over time, build up an ammo meter that, at full power, drops a random weapon just like the eddie item. just an idea...

Oh, I've played it. I just still need to decipher the UWATA map from Messatsu beforehand. The water in Bubble Man's room was created using Centaur Man's map as a reference.

Not all about RP, though! I'm looking to release Enker's map here, soon. Just... tweaking it a bit. (Map as in based off of Flash, Gemini, and Crystal maps)

As for the RP01, expect the Quick Man texture error fixed, and having added Hard Man, Needle Man, Top Man, and Magnet Man to the basement! Also, making some impassible areas passable, such as Wood Man's river. Once I figure it out, I'll add Quick Beams and Electricity traps to Quick Man and Elec Man's rooms. Possibly removing the door to the basement, as using Use/Open is getting to be a pain for some.
