my suggestion is to change weapon stats to do less damage for some weapons while consuming less ammunition for weapons like metal blade and other weapons that in the real games used 1 point for 3 shots. as it currently is the weapons are so powerful that it does not feel like megaman. it feels more like hexen but without armor. i also think that armor should be added in a way similar to doom, which i believe is similar to how it works in the megaman games, except that the megaman armors never breaks. a bit more on my ideas: charged atomic fire=reduce health to half, kills if already at half.(the target that is.) rain flush=costs 4 weapon energy and does 4 damage. that is just my ideas. please do not reject this right away as i will be away for a while without internet connection and as such i can not respond until 23 norwegian time.

it is not my system because other games can run in 1080p but i do not get that option in megaman 8 bit death match version 4b.

you could restrict it to the weapons that are stronger on their own. that would prevent exploits and enable people to still fire if they ran out of ammo.

megaman 8 have a system where the mega buster can be fired when other weapons are active. i even tested it to be sure. why not have the same system in megaman 8 bit death match?

i have been testing the alpha of 2.0 and i found no problems. i have only tested a few maps though so further testing might be useful. at least the network problem in version 1.3 is fixed.(failure to connect for no apparant reason.) as for the deletion issue mentioned it could be windows 8 related as it have insane security. update: i have now tested every level and here is the issues i found: mm1bom bombman, mm1dw1 wily`s hideout. mm7fre freeze man and  mm8dw1 skull tower base have graphical glitches where the background fails to render properly. pharao man`s stage seems to have an issue where the sand does not slow the player much. one good thing is that if i choose a level that is incompatible with game mode it chose a compatible mode instead of displaying an error. i apologise for the number of edits but i had to do it as my memory is bad so i would just forget what levels i found issues on.

only megaman 7 have all levels so far. megaman 1 have 2 of 4 wily stages, megaman 2 and 3 have 1 of 6, megaman 4, 5 and 6 have 1 of 8 and megaman 8 and megaman and bass have 2 out of 3 perhaps. i am well aware of the fact the the wily tower levels in megaman 8 bit deathmatch needs to be remade in order to have 4 of them but other levels have also be remade.

i just played wily tower and in the wilt tower fortress each level have different music. megaman 8 bit deathmatch have only 2 of those stages and is therefore missing 2 pieces of stage music. by adding 2 more wily tower stages to the game those pieces of music can be used.

megaman x is good and so is megaman x 2(music is somewhat bad). megaman x3 is best on pc perhaps because of its easier difficulty. megaman x4 i havent played much but megaman x5 and x6 is the best. megaman x7 is a bit bad and x8 is too difficult. megaman x command mission is good however.

the improved music is good. you should release a music pack(if possible) containing improved music for all levels. you should rename some of the stages remix rather than wily. several of the stages is a bit too small so you should make them bigger while adding your own style to them. keep working on them and i hope to download the next release.
