There was a stupidly old one that was just Megaman edit, but it's probably been lost in time

Since others have been asking where it was, much like I was earlier this year. I felt it was only polite to re-upload it. Also comes with the bot file because, I really don't want this lost in the athers again.

Requesting a skin of Clown Man's original submitted design before it got redesigned into the current Clown Man. I love it alot, especially the circus ball and the asymmetrical claw hand.
