There's a request thread in the Skins forum. Nothing wrong with a Resources request thread here. Better than bumping every topic with the same question.

Can you rip the weapon sprites for Mega Mari's "Psycho Missile" (Reisen Udonge Inaba's weapon - Obtained by Marisa.)

In that case...

I do have a request. For a instagib mod, I'd like three HUD sprites of The Golden Gun. One where you're holding it, one where it's being fired, and one where it's facing downward, as if being reloaded. The first two sprites are crucial, though the third one is optional. Here's two pics for reference:
