What are you planning this time...

It's a game about world conquest in MM8BDM form.
...Really, that's the best explanation I can come up with. I just got bored and made up some rules and now I'm hosting them out.

How exactly does this work?

There are four types of characters in the game: Bosses, Heroes, Villains, and Civilians. Players can sign up as either a Hero or a Villain (via PM to hide alignments), or choose to stay a Civilian. Teams score points through 'schemes', matches between heroes and villains in a duel for influence over Cutstuff.

Bosses
Only the Game Master can play as the Boss. The Boss is also a key part of the game; their 'schemes' are the key to both teams scoring points. Bosses have a passive skill (a passive bonus for the Boss and/or his/her minions), an active skill (a special power the boss can use to aid himself/herself), and a scheme method (objectives for both teams during a scheme).

Heroes

Heroes are charged with preventing the completion of the Boss's schemes. Upon signing up, heroes receive a “skill” to aid them in their defense of Cutstuff's precious servers. Whenever a scheme is successfully thwarted by a hero (or heroes), the Hero team gains 100 points.

Villains

Villains are the masses of the evil army, tasked with helping the boss succeed in his/her schemes. Like the heroes, Villains gain a “skill” to aid them in their conquest. If a Villain aids a successful scheme, the Villain team gains 100 points.

Civilians

Even if they are not formally signed up as a hero or villain, “civilians” can participate as if they are a member of either side. If a civilian successfully thwarts a scheme, the Heroes gain 25 points. If a civilian aids a successful scheme, the Villains gain 25 points.

Where do I sign up?

Send me a PM with the same topic as this thread containing the team you'd like to sign up for. Be prepared to be teamswitched if teams get unbalanced, though.

Yeah, I noticed this after I made it. Subconscious inspiration all over the place.

---

WAHAHAHAHA!!

Greetings, fools! I am the Great Dr. Wily, soon-to-be ruler of you all! Me and my Robot Masters will take this puny little place you call "Cutstuff" and use it as a base of operations to take over the world!

---
Dr. Wily
Passive - Egotist - If a player from either team plays as the class matching their skill, they count double towards a victory for that scheme.
Active - Roboenza - Dr. Wily will occasionally infect a player with Roboenza. This player will become a Villain until cured.
Scheme - Robot Masters - Dr. Wily and his Robot Masters will try to work together to take over the server. Any player in the Top 8 of the round  the scheme takes place in counts as a 'victory'. The team with the most victories at the end of the scheme round wins. If no victories are scored, it counts as a civilian Hero score. If only Dr. Wily scores a victory, it counts as a civilian Villain score.

As soon as I assign the skill, you'll get a PM. You should have one right now.

You'll know. Trust me, you'll know. Keep an eye on the server player lists, especially on populated servers.

...Wait, what's Tengu's in-game name?

Also I announced that I was going to do a scheme soon over Skype. That's more warning than I intended to give in the first place, considering this is supposed to be a semi-"random event"-type thing.
