Since I recently actually played through MM3PC, I can now say which Robot Masters are my least favourite (gameplay wise) in that game
I also played through MM10 (as bass, haha), so i can say words about them too

MM10: When playing as Bass, Strike Man was the only boss where "stand still and hold B" didn't work, haha
MM3PC: None of them were really annoying to fight, but Torch, Shark, and Blade had godawful stages. Torch is a maze, and the other two are underwater mazes. The other three guys in the game have pretty decent stages really


(wow, the only classic platformer megamans i have not completed are mm9 and mmpc)
strike man is litterally eaz for me even with bass or mm(proto makes it easier than crab puncher in eazy mode with bass and commmando bomb(thats easy!))

I noticed that there aren't 2 characters  from different sagas wich are final bosses or main antagoins and share a word in their name,expect gamma and gamma sigma (from mmx6 i think)

I noticed that in megaman x5,Dynamo says "Adios amigo"when you beat him,wich makes me think that dynamo was created in spain,because those are spanish words(im from argentina,i know spanish very well)

Because ,you know,we dont find the original tiles or their colors,so yeh,we need to recolour nemz's tiles for making them good as posible(because we dont like their original colours)

So you are planning DLC, and it is almost all done, but the rest of the game is pretty much no where (3% pretty much means you have nothing and the other 2 means you have some weapons made and nothing else). Why bother with DLC? Why not include it in the main game if it is done already? Why is the DLC almost done if the main game has such little work on it (this tells us you spent time on extra content that could have been put into actually working on the game itself).

From your post in Nemz resource thread.You apparently have a team but none of you can make the tiles which is pretty much probably just image editing to piece together small images from what I would imagine.
The dlc is just a boss(Copy sunstar, to be more exact).
PLUS,Yes,my team knows how to make some tiles,just i dont want to. Ill work in AIs and weapons.
