1: Oil Man (its not cheating if it's a remake   )
2. Bubble man (not a good boss)
3.Hard man (he has the most dirty name EVAR.).
4. Toad man (easiest boss ever)
5. Stone man (he just gives the (not a game) power stone.)
6. Wind man (Sumo wrestling stereotype!)
7.Cloud man (he is just...meh)
8.Clown man (see you in my dreams!)
9. Fake man (the reason why donut man is a suggestion)
10. sheep man (worst weapon in the game!)

1. Ice Man (The design makes him look like Popo from Ice Climbers, and he dies in 3 hits.)
2. Wood Man (Annoying by default.)
3. I actually don't hate anything about Megaman 3, it's my favorite Megaman game.
4. Bright Man (I'm not going to say Toad Man, cause in the Gameboy Games Toad Man was a little more powerful.)
5. Charge Man/Stone Man (Do I need to even explain it?)
6. Centaur Man (Whenever I fight him I think of Ponies and Bronies. They both annoy me to death.)
7. Spring Man (His stage. His weapon is fine because it charges, and is the Final Boss Weakness.)
I never played 8-10. So I can't really say which ones I hate from them.

Oh, a thing I forgot.
Megaman and Bass - Dynamo Man
I never defeated his rain of health recharging. One day I'll settle the rivalry. One day I'll end his rain of terror.

1 : Elec Man ( I love pretty much all of the MM1 Robot Masters and Elec Man happens to be my least favorite because I didn't like his personality all that much in Powered Up)
2 : Quick Man
3 : Shadow Man
Wily Tower : Mega Water S
4 : Dive Man ( This was pretty much a choice of 4 Robot Masters (Dive,Pharaoh,Ring,Skull) due to how the other 4 were some of my favorites, those robot masters that were my favorites were Toad,Drill,Dust and Bright Man)
5 : Pretty much all of them, none of the designs stood out to me
6 : Centaur Man
7 : Junk Man
8 : Grenade Man
MM&B : Tie between Tengu Man and Astro Man because they took slots from 2 potentially new robot masters.
DOS : Torch Man
9 : I like them all,so I'll just tell you my favorite of the bunch, which is Galaxy Man.
10 : I like all of the robot masters here too,so I'll tell you my favorite, which is Sheep Man

1/Powered Up: Bombman/Oilman (Not much to explain about Bombman, but Oilman just acts... odd to me.)
2: Woodman (Is he a robot with a wood exterior? What's the deal with this?! It's getting old!)
3: Breakman Magnet Man (MM8BDM-Classes and MM3-wise. Not great)
4: Toad Man (Being picky here, but why did he exist?)
5: Gyro Man (Neat concept, not great in practice)
6: Blizzard Man (Weapon sucked, and so was his stage. The battle is mediocre at best)
7: I don't hate all of them, though the least favorite of the bunch is Cloudman.
8: Aqua Man (YOU CAN CALL ME-- Please get a gun)
B: I agree with Lamp, Tenguman and Astroman stole spots for the robot masters, at least Tenguman's weapon is better...
9: MIKE! I LOVE EVERY ROBOT MASTER!! So I will say my favorite is Splashwoman (Because we never got a Female RM until now), and Tornadoman. (Never played the game though, only the demo)
10: Least favorite is Strikeman, I like all the robot masters though. Strikeman has the sports theme which places him on the non-hate list.
Main: Difficult, but i'm going with Protoman.
Killers/8BDMKillers: Quint/Punk (Punk for being Poseidon's Salty Butthole and always screwing me over by one shotting me with the Screw Slam.)

Bonus in spoilers!

And yeah, that's about it.

Oh, that explains it I guess. A bit weird they went for that kind of design though. Oh well, it's a thing that can't be corrected once it's been thoroughly made.

Hmm, least favourite Robot Masters?

Gameplay-wise, they are
MM1: Elec Man. Very hard to fight, thanks to Mega Man's weakness... Cut Man and Bomb Man are also difficult to fight in the Wily Wars version
MM2: All the bosses patterns are very predictable and are rather easy to fight. Though Quick Man, Bubble Man, and Wood Man are difficult in Wily Wars...
MM3: Needle Man is a pain to fight always. Shadow Man is annoying in the NES version because Top Spin is glitchy
MM4: Drill Man kinda sucks, he spends most of his time offscreen
MM5: I don't find any of the MM5 guys difficult to fight
MM6: I don't find many MM6 Robot Masters difficult to fight either
MM7: Shade Man. His attack pattern sucks. Literally
MM8: Sword Man. I can't seem to really 'get' his attack pattern. My fights with him usually involve me just shooting Water Balloons everywhere so that they might hit him
MM&B: Burner Man. He has a gazillion attacks and he can also sometimes just decide to be immune to his weakness
I haven't played MM9 or MM10 in ages, i forgot all the bosses haha
MMV: Mercury is hard to fight when using his weakness, and he usually gets one hit on me at the start of the battle, which, when during the rematch, could mean I have to say bye bye to my S Tank
MMI-IV: Ballade. He's the only unique boss from MMI-IV that I do not have a real strategy to fight. I just jump around like an idiot with Power Stone, haha
Wily Tower: Buster Rod. G. He deflects all my shots. On the plus side, his weaknesses can hit him when he's very vulnerable. Mega Water.S is also hard to fight without his weaknesses
RM&F2: Compass Man. I have not managed to beat him. He seems invincible to every attack. I'm gonna guess there's some MM2 Alien-type stuff going on here

As for Robot Masters I dislike purely because of design, the only ones I really dislike are "The Six" from the brazillian comic, and Big Man from the archie comic, because their designs just look really unappealing to me.

RM&F2: Compass Man. I have not managed to beat him. He seems invincible to every attack. I'm gonna guess there's some MM2 Alien-type stuff going on here
His weakness is, somewhat counter-intuitively, his legs.
I'm gonna copy your format now!

MM1: Ice Man. Just don't like him as much as the rest, and he's about as bad to play as as Oil Man in Powered Up.
MM2: Quick Man. Don't like his weapon, design, stage, or boss battle.
MM3: Shadow Man. Just not as big a fan as I am for the others.
MM4: Dive Man. Same reasoning as Shadow Man above.
MM5: Charge Man. Stinks. Terrible design, terrible stage, terrible weapon, terrible battle.
MM6: Wind Man. He's not very aerodynamic for a Robot Master that's always flying around, I find that ridiculous.
MM7: Turbo Man. Hate the stage, hate the weapon, hate the battle.
MM8: Grenade Man. I just find all of the others much more interesting.
MM9: Does Fake Man count? If not, Plug Man, just because I don't particularly like him, unlike the rest.
MM10: Nitro Man. Just kinda boring.
MM&B: Magic Man. I'm meh on him, but like the other 5 originals.
MMV: Uranus. I don't like how tough it is to use his weakness against him. He's still pitifully easy, but not any fun.
MMI-IV: Enker. I like Quint in general, and I enjoyed fighting Punk and Ballade. I find Enker boring.
Wily Tower: Buster Rod G. I still like him, I just think his fight isn't as interesting as the other two's.
R&F2: Komuso Man. I don't really get his design, and I felt he was the hardest boss in the whole game.
DOS: Volt Man. Worst stage, worst battle.
DOS 3: Bit Man. Despise that design.

I hate Elec Man with a passion on the Wily Wars. Not so much on the original NES game, since you can stick him near the edge of the room and fire a single weak buster shot over and over and over again until he's dead, or three Rolling Cutters (or even just two if you're lucky). Doesn't work like that on WW, he just jumps all over the place spamming the Thunder Beam until one of the two robots are dead, and bosses get a long period of invincibility between hits in this version (roughly the same as Megaman, so it's "fair" in a way). And even if you die, he keeps jumping around spamming it anyway! The worst thing is when he jumps and throws the Thunder Beam in mid-air at just the right height that it's impossible to jump over, yet too low for it to pass over your head (can't slide!!!) so you take 10 damage without a hope of avoiding it (unless you manage to run into him instead, which does 4 damage, as using the Magnet Beam would be suicidal as it takes forever to disappear and chances are he'll run underneath you or he'll throw another Thunder Beam and you'll land on one of the two and take damage anyway).

Speaking of Wily Wars, not a fan of Hard Man either. You can't scroll the Hard Knuckles off the side of the screen, you can't slide under them anymore (same with the Shadow Blades in fact), and by the time you jump over one or both, he's slammed into the ground and frozen you in place just long enough that one of the Hard Knuckles comes back to hit you. I have been able to perfect-run Shadow Man's stage buster-only on the Wily Wars yet I can't do the same with Hard Man, go figure. Even with Magnet Missiles he's a pain (not to mention they are uselessly slow as they now stop to turn around before heading upwards to hit him).

Edit: Apparently you can't slide under Hard Knuckles on the NES either (just the Shadow Blades). Don't know how I thought that was possible...

Outside of the Wily Wars, I don't like fighting Drill Man or Centaur Man. Or Tomahawk Man if going buster-only. The ones in 5 aren't really that bad, although Crystal Man's crystals bouncing all over the place at the start of the fight can be annoying. Actually, I think 6 is the one I play the least, useless powers (let's see - you get analogs of the Bubble Lead/Gravity Hold (Wind Storm), Bubble Lead/Search Snake (Flame Blast), Air Shooter (Silver Tomahawk), Rain Flush (Centaur Flash), Skull Barrier (Plant Barrier), Needle Cannon/Quick Boomerang (Yamato Spear), Knight Crusher (Ring Boomerang; one could argue it could also be a nerfed Boomerang Cutter from X1, since X came out before 6 did, as odd as it seems) and Blizzard Attack, which is probably the only unique weapon, although in a way it's similar to Dust Crusher), useless Beat who doesn't attack bosses, "bloody Power Piston", useless Mechazaurus (why can't Power Megaman cause 3-4 damage when he hits the platforms back so it can be done quicker?), and useless Wily fight which is weak to the same weapon for all three forms. Not only that, they didn't even give you M tanks in this game (no wonder the W/S tanks were in 7 afterwards).

As for hacks, whose idea was it in Megaman Ultra to make the Leaf Shield the weakness for the Guts Tank? People don't like taking forced damage in order to beat a boss, even if it was supposed to be a puzzle boss (normally you can only fire the Leaf Shield 9 times max; Guts Tank takes a lot more, so you have to stand right under its face, get damaged, jump in the air while invincible and spam the fire button without moving). Seriously, how are you supposed to get around the hand and/or the Crash Bombs without getting hit, and without "cheating" using Item-1 or whatever? Then again, the whole game feels unpolished like that. Quick Man's stage is literally full of faceless (technical limitation - the face is a different sprite to the body) "Break Man" Sniper Joes and their mechs (masquerading as Jumbigs), both of which throw projectiles that look suspiciously similar to what the Wily Machine throws at you (and they do about the same damage), and the stage doesn't even have the force beams it's known for. The music in the game doesn't quite sound right either (especially the Super Mario 1 tune, so many off notes in there), and I don't mean the way the waveforms sound (that's a limitation with the MM1-2 sound engine I think). Makes me want to rip the music, fix the notes and somehow hack it back into the game. I absolutely hate the two Wily stage tunes in this game too, the just sound awful; I'm sure they could have at least used one of the other Wily or Dark Man/Mr. X tunes there, or yet another tune from Megaman X (Flash and Bubble used tunes from X1, and Heat uses one from X3 I think it is) - if not Megaman 7, which would be more fitting, RM7FC's NES tunes sound awesome too. The one good thing they did was make the Atomic Fire (or, Heat Buster in-game) actually useful - it no longer drains nearly half of the energy bar when a charged shot is fired (unfortunately they didn't modify the charge-up time so it still takes forever, although a charged Atomic Fire does a lot more damage than the charged Mega Buster from 4 onward). Oh, right, Robot Masters. I think just about all of them qualify, as they completely wrecked the boss AI in this game (thankfully, they kept their weaknesses intact).
