It'd be helpful if you told us what that error said.

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Redownload it from the main site. It's updated anyway.

I am very confused and ticked off now. When I find a server on doomseeker hosting this game I have everything green except for the WADS. It keeps saying i`m missing MM8BDM-v1d.pk3 yet when I check my megaman file (yes I named it megaman)  and I have the MM8BDM-v1a.pk3 instead? I used wad seeker to find MM8BDM-v1d.pk3 but no results showed up. Wasn`t that supposed to come with the download anyway because I don`t know where to find it.

  I have done all that and gave the directory to where the files are and it still says I am missing them, and I wish it would list more servers in the MM8BDM game but half the list is full of this coffeeserver bull for DOOM not 8BDM

Where do I find Skulltag version 0.98d-Alpha? I can't find it on Skulltag and Doomseeker keeps saying my version, 0.98d, is different and I can't connect.

Whenever i start up Doomseeker, I get this message:

"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling this application may solve this problem."

I just reformated my computer because of a bunch of technical stuff, but now i'm just irritated because i can't play mm8bdm online. Please help!

Under configure > engines > skulltag, uncheck the box next to testing releases.

oh never mind. The problem was that i needed the .NET redistributes to make Doomseeker work. Thanks anyway.
