Super arm is useless when enemies are using close range and general ranged attacks. So we can say the super arm is a long range weapon when guts blocks are being thrown. Also, you can frag someone with super arm but you have to have your cross hair aimed at the gong at about a 15°to 45° angle.
Also thunder beam can be easily avoided from the front of a foe but be careful about run beside them because you might get zapped.
Air shooter can be avoided by staying a good distance from the person that is shooting it because it fires three tornadoes in one shot so it's sort of like a shot gun (200X model) and the tornadoes curve upward and rip through any thing that touches them like in the original mega man 2 nes game. Also when using this weapon, you should aim you cross hair downward at a 45° angle so that at least one of the tornadoes don't miss.
How to properly use the charge kick: Remember, these are cpus that you are dealing with so they won't let you win easily. When using the charge kick, remember that you have to always make sure you are strafing while using it so that you can aim the attack at the enemy's sprite on the screen like the cpu s do when they are using the same weapon. Be aware that the enemie's strafing movement is sort of random and that their accuracy is at "Bull's Eye" level so don't waist your weapon energy unless you got a lot of W tanks and a lot of patience. Also,  charge kick is excellent for a quick escape weapon if you are injured severely.
Get better at using wave burner(Defrost  more efficiently): All I pretty much got to say about this weapon is that it works better if you strafe while burning the enemy.
Pharaoh Shot (The ultimate sacrificing weapon): Pharaoh shot can take a long time to master but fear not, Vajaran is here to tell you that you're probably just charging it up and aiming carelessly at someone. The best thing for this would be to wait until the enemy isn't as mobile in front of you.

Quick Boomerang: This is a good one, you'll definitely get your weapon energy's worth with this trick. Just strafe. Wow, strafing is pretty much what you do with every weapon but don't forget that just like in the original Mega Man 2 NES game, the boomerangs that are returning to you can still inflict damage to your foes so I wouldn't aim at a high angle if I were you.
Atomic Fire: Yes, I know it's a slow starter(<---- key word slow starter so this weapon sucks when charging up) but when it's fully charged, not even the Proto-Upgrade can shield you from the raging blast of atomic radiation. It's best if you use it for large crowd in maps like tomahawk man's stage and it's easy to avoid because you can take out your foes with the mega buster and the charge level won't even reach level 3. Also, atomic fire is useless in one way ;) (read the previous sentence(well, the first part of it)).

Silence Silently with Noise Crush: just bounce it off a wall and catch it and catch someone off guard up close or far away.
Close range assassination slash claw: I'd just catch someone off guard-that's pretty much all I can say about using it. But don't take on someone who has a powerful and rapid fire weapon like needle cannon or maybe water balloon and definitely not air shooter.

Did you have to bump this thread just to say that?
