New pack!

this contains all the previous skins plus 2 new skins, A dusty skin, and a beat skin,

It also contains an updated scrooge with better sounds! Remember to extract in your skin folder!

You went and made Scrooge? I was GOING to make him, but someone told me that he was already being made!

Anyway, my only complaint is that his feet with cyan is very weird. But then again it was white in the game...But anyway, I think he needs a bit of touching up. I'd suggest a very slightly different color scheme for him. Like maybe this:

Since I had just found out that his feet cuffs or whatever they are were white, I left them as is. His cane was rather hard to make out, so I believe a little blue should be added, and leave the cyan on to be like a sort of shine like it was polished. Or something.

Fanewgie likes the idea of the white on the buttons and such being cyan, but shading a non shaded sprite seems a bit odd as he pointed out. However I think what might help is if I made the cane blue and the strip on his hat cyan. that way the cane will pop out more with the darker color, especially against the cyan spats. spats are the things on his feet lol

I think he was referring to the electricity, that sound effect can be a little annoying >_o; but I I couldn't find footage because everyone was dueling or playing roboenza. and I saw no other Wario skin? so I made one.

If the OP means Street Fighter x Mega Man Dan Habuki...Sprites Inc. has ripped his sprites already, (http://www.sprites-inc.co.uk/files/Classic/SFxMM/Misc/) if you want.  I can understand if not, though; not everyone is so tolerant of an MM edit.

As far as requests go, I dare you to skin Night Girl, or really just anything you like from this project here (http://www.explodingrabbit.com/forum/threads/season-girls.13934/#post-160042), but I know the chances of that are low.

Agreed. I predict that it'll be the only skin I use for months on end once it's released. Mind you, I tend to stick to Vanilla skins these days.

If it helps, there's some sprites of Dan (http://spritedatabase.net/files/ngp/862/Sprite/Dan.gif) from the NeoGeo Pocket game "SNK vs Capcom: Match of the Millenium". They're in a different style than normal Mega Man (and I mean really you compare them and they're freaking gigantic) but it might help you get some of Dan's frames down.

Anyway, I can't wait. Good luck with the next skin batch!

Darkwing prinny and scrooge prinny are confirmed. I'll be doing others too. A roll prinny seems likely

Probably not the same taunts no, i'll use taunts from the characters they're playing, so for darkwing I'd use something like "LETS GET DANGEROUS" etc. etc.

It's time to help dusty out!

I can only do so much looking at the mirror in light's lab and chasecam so I need help from you guys!

I'll be uploading "beta" skins in pairs, first pair being Dusty and Beat.

I don't know... you can't make Concrete Man and fake man becuz is going to the mm8bdm very soon maybe a half year i think so you need to ask cutmanmike about that and I WANT A MEDAL TOO!!!!!

Whether or not those skins were already made, it's generally frowned upon to release skins for official expansions that have yet to be finished. Just saying.

I reuploaded it to Mediafire and added it to the skin wiki page. I know it's not exactly the best idea to reupload someone's skins without permission, but Dusty hasn't been around for years...
