Title: Pharoah Shot altfires even with no ammo

Not sure if this is intentional or not, but it seems like you can still use the altfire of Pharoah Shot even when you clearly have no ammo for it. It's not game-breaking by any means but it does seem strange considering the normal fire still can't be used with no ammo.
