The fact you have those Wii Graphics ON A HANDHELD isn't something to take lightly. I can't recall exactly where I heard it, but the 3DS is even capable of using shader effects commonly used by the HD twins.

being capable of comparing a handheld to HD is a feat on it's own and I for one am glad to see MML3 being on a Nintendo console.

I'm pretty sure I wasn't panicking. I was just surprised that it wasn't going to be on PS3 is all.

Backing you up. I could care less about graphics but wii-equivalent graphics with shader effects commonly found on the HD twins? on a hand held. No wonder Nintendo has remained dominate of the hand held market.

And who said that?  Starting now, I'm raising for 300 dollars, ofcourse, more for Legends 3, which may become a launch title.  But, doubt it since it's not a First-Party Game.

And, it'll be quite easy too.  I get 5 a week, My birthday is the 23rd of October, Then Christmas...

Hell, my over generous Grandma may overshoot me.  No doubt, I'm getting the 3DS and Legends 3 next Year.

As long as the L and R buttons hold up better than ye olde DS', it'll play great!

Only real worry is if they put in a bunch of bad touch-screen junk. Menus are ok, and minigames/puzzles/general fun uses of it would rock, just not stuff like 'tap it to use your special move!!...while you're already trying to move around with the pad : ("

Touchpads in VG consoles are a sign of how the whole gaming industry is adapting itself towards casual gamers, since they're it's main target.

Are you kidding me? Some games have made brilliant uses of the touch screen such as Metroid Prime Hunters and Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver's Menu.

Fact is, the touch screen adds options for stuff that would otherwise just be another button you have to worry about. Less Clutter. You can have buttons that do what it needs to do.

But hey, if you're going to complain about touchscreens being an alternate form of input, complain about guitar hero/rockband instruments as well same idea, different forms of input. This has nothing to do with casuals.

Not really. I'm saying the inputs have nothing to do with a game being casual. You're talking about the game itself, which is a different story. Inputs really have nothing to do with anything. It's another way to play a game.

I wish this touchscreen/3d era would end. Either just go back to the regular stuff or become virtual reality  

I was writing a top ten worst touch screen control examples but it never got finished. Probably couldn't think of a whole 10 but Diddie Kong racing was very high. You'll know why if you've played it.

PS I still like guitar hero, like before it went ULTRA CASUAL with world tour and guitar hero 5

I'm guessing you'll tap things to shoot 'em?  Only drawback is that would Be hard to do in heated battles.
