Title: No health/ammo numbers during Evil Energy Robot fight

As seen in the screenshot above, despite "Display Health Number" being displayed as turned on, the health number is absent in the actual HUD. I don't believe this occurs anywhere else in the game, only during this particular boss battle. Ammo numbers also do not appear, but due to the player being restricted to Duo Fist during the fight, it only becomes an issue if the player spawns other weapons via the console.

Fixed as a consequence of the weird fix we had to do stop the hud ammo numbers crashing online.
