Doomseeker not noticing my skins folder all of a sudden?

Okay, ever since V2A, when I use Doomseeker to go to servers, my skins folder won't be acknowledged at all. But when I start up the game manually through the loader thing to test, my skins folder is noticed.
Is this problem common?

This may be obvious, but put the skins folder inside the MM8BDM folder. Also, take it off from the wads folders list if you put it there.
