I'll second that, assuming we have the same definition of theft and murder in international waters.  That said, here's a video I found showing off some hacks for SSBB.



Customizing menu screens.  Reskinning characters.  Replacing stages.  All-in-all a creative collection of fair use.

Well, I'd say as long as you can't easily find the game in stores or online for purchase anymore... (System Shock 2)

I'd say it's fair game. I mean, even gog.com doesn't have SS2.
