Teemo's not OP.
He's freaking annoying as Hell, but he's not OP.

Also the IP Boost Riot gave everyone doesn't have a time limit, unless you bought one that does.

Teemo is a great anti-carry and provides good map control, but he's not OP, he just doesn't do any damage.
His shrooms are the most annoying things though

I rarely play alone with randoms, I usually play with Sora or Swiss so I don't have to deal with the stupidity of most of the community that much.

The community is... not so nice...
Every time I play as TF or a character with a high difficulty rating and my team starts sucking they all blame it on me even though I'm doing all the work :
