Well i saw a tread that talked about megaman for SSB4 but what about someone from a diffrent game
heres mine
Mr. Driller
Moveset
B = Shoots a magic Fire ball From his Drill
Down B = make pitfall
Up B = Throw air capsule
Side B: Drill Opponent
Final Smash= blocks will rain from the sky causing damage to any opponent who touches it
Whats your idea?

Not too sure on his moveset but....
B + Side - Throw a bomb
B + Down - Drop a bomb
B + Up - Not sure
B - Not sure
Final Smash - Bomber Copter or the Kangaroo rabbit (Loise?)
Assist trophy(?) - Nitros

It'll never happen, but I want to see two forgotten characters that have a cult going for them.
GENO
(Sadly, this is his most recent art)
A lightweight, fast character, about Toon Link's stats.
Entrance: The little Geno doll is entered by the spirit from Star Road, and grows to combat size.
Standard B: Geno's standard finger gun. Hold down the button for continuous fire, and use the control stick to change its direction. Bullets do tiny damage and knockback, but all those 1's stack up fast.
Side B: Geno Whirl, definitely. A charge move that cannot be cancelled, Geno fires a Geno Whirl that travels very far, arcs, and comes back to him. At low charge, it's on par with a boomerang, but a full charge can be deadly (Reference to how this would 1HKO the boss Exor) !
Down B: Combat Drop. Geno switches out the power he has activated--from the four he could get in his game. Attack Up boosts knockback from his attacks, Defense Up decreases knockback he receives, Once Again makes him charge his Geno Whirl faster, and Lucky increases the chance of an item spawning near him. Note that these do not increase Geno's abilities marginally, just a tiny bit.
Up B: Geno Boost. A Mushroom appears above Geno's head. He jumps up for it--even in the air--but it disappears before he gets it. This is essentially just a third jump for Geno, but touching the Mushroom or Geno as he ascends will do damage.
FINAL SMASH!: Star Cannon. The seven Star Pieces fly towards Geno, and he gets the most powerful weapon he gets in the game--the Star Cannon. Press the B Button to fire a star that has the damage and knockback of a Warp Star--go crazy on your opponents while the stars shine bright!
Aaand another one.
NiGHTS
On par with Sonic in speed, Meta in weight.
Entrance: NiGHTS enters the arena through a Dream Door (How you enter a level in Journey of Dreams) . A bunch of butterflies come in after him, and the door closes and disappears.
Standard B: Drill Dash. NiGHTS flies forward, attacking by spinning rapidly. This attack is uncontrollable--releasing the button won't stop it until the attack ends--mid-speed, and high-damage, mid-knockback.
Side B: Ideya Spirit. NiGHTS tosses forward one of five Ideya--colored spiky shapes representing good feelings and emotions. After flying forward without hitting anything for a certain time, said Ideya will dissipate and return to NiGHTS. Note that the Ideya is selected randomly.
- Courage (Red) stops moving sooner, does high knockback and fire-based damage.
- Purity (White) flies forward faster, and does low damage and knockback.
- Intelligence (Blue) flies in a sine , does low damage and mid-high knockback.
- Growth (Green) flies normally, and does more damage and knockback the later it hits
- Hope (White) flies normally, does middle damage and knockback, and recovers 5% of NiGHTS' damage if it hits
Down B: Acrobatics. Another generic counter move, NiGHTS hovers above the ground doing fancy flips and what-not. If anyone attacks NiGHTS at this time, they receive damage from a flurry of attacks.
Up B: Paraloop. NiGHTS flies straight up, then allows the player to fly in any direction for about three seconds. as NiGHTS flies, he leaves a trail of Twinkle Dust. Make an enclosed shape with the Twinkle Dust, and anyone inside suffers no damage, but extreme knockback.
FINAL SMASH!: Persona. NiGHTS equips a royal silver mask, and changes into Dragon NiGHTS--a mighty persona seen in NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams. NiGHTS can fly freely during this time, and simply touching him does damage. Running into someone dead-on does a lot more damage than them simply running into you. After about 20 seconds, NiGHTS changes back to his regular form.

Wolf Link & Midna
A attacks: Mostly biting variations
B: A chargeable attack. The charging is shown by a growing energy field. When let go Wolf Link lunges multiple times at multiple enemies. The number of times, and the range is determined by the charge level.
Up B: Creates a Twilight portal above or diagonal to you and teleports you there.
Side B: Takes a long arching leap that can cross gaps.
Down B: Digging. Has a chance to uncover a useful item. Midna does most of the handling of items.
Grab: Midna uses her hair to grab onto people and throw them.
Final Smash: Midna dons the Fused Shadow, transforms into a giant monster, and wreaks havoc.

Knuckles or Amy Rose. I mean, c'mon, they'd be natural for this! Have not thought up a moveset yet, however.
...Though, MissingNo. might make a good assist trophy...

In all honesty, I really, and I mean
REALLY
think missingno. should be in there somewhere. He's be great as one of those very rare pokemon like mew the way I see it. Nintendo really need to learn that even though it was accidental, they created a really awesome and well made pokemon, even if it isn't finished (it should stay unfinished). I don't care what everyone says about missingno. not being a pokemon, because it is my favorite one and always will be!

I think that if Nintendo gets a deal with SquareEnix they should their Black Mage in there.
B Move: Fira. This move could be a simple fire spell. It would be sort of like Bowser and Charizard's B, but it would be straight forward.
Side B: Blizzard. This could work like the Ice Climber's Side B in that it would be shot forward, but it could allow him to do a bit more damage.
Down B: Thundara. Kind of like Pikachu's Down B, this would cause thunder to rain down on the mage, and anyone caught in the middle would get damaged. The main difference is that when the thunder hits him, he can blast it a small ways in front of him.
Up B: Teleport. Though the Black Mage never gets this until he becomes a Black Wizard, he still learns it. This would work much like Zelda's Up B, but he would swing a staff when he leaves the teleport to stop people from meteor smashing him when he appears again.
Final Smash: Class Change. This causes the Black Mage to become a Black Wizard. Making his moves all more powerful. Fira becomes Firaga, Blizzard becomes Blizzara, Thundara becomes Thundaga and Teleport becomes Warp. This transformation lasts about 20 seconds.

Hell yes! Model A would be perfect for a game like this. With all the transforms and all.
Moveset
B: Blaster/charge
Down B: Transform into Argoyle and use the flip kick attack.
Up B: Transform into Queenbee and blast a charged fire blast downward.
Side B: Transform into Buckshot and use the power dash attack.
Final Smash: Transform into Bifrost and use any of the attacks Bifrost has in the zx game, And rampage about quite like the tank thing from starfox and co.
Normal attacks and stuff would involve ZX saber and aeolus blades etc...

And his final smash would have Doc coming out and mowing down the opponents with....chocolate and bicycles.

HAL, Y U NO MEGAMAN?!?
Standard attacks: Punches, kicks, etc.
B = Mega Buster (chargeable)
B + Side = Mega Buster while running
B + Up = Rush Coil (if in the air, rush jet catches you)
B + Down = Switch Weapon. *Weapons work similar to kirby's swallow ability, except you keep the abilities, but you have ammo*
Final Smash = Super Adaptor (self explanatory)

You probably didn't expect him.
Standard: Same as Kirby (Except for the dash attack)
B: Yarn Whip: Grabs an enemy.
Side-B: Buggy: Transforms into a Dune buggy, Damages enemies.
Up-B: Spring Jump: Feet Transform into a spring (Doesn't damage enemies.)
Down-B: Weight: Same as Kirby's Stone Ability, but transforms into only one thing.

Someone I'd love to see in SSB4 (but probably never will)...
Standard: Much like Marth, but a little less speed and grace for a little more power (kinda like a balance between Ike and Marth)
B: Cyclone. It would be like a ground-based Link Up-B move. The longer you hold it, the more time and power the move will have.
Side B: Lightining. It shoots a mid-ranged lightning attack. Low power but high speed.
Up B: Smite. Much like Bowser's Down-B move, Crono jumps into the air diagonally and speeds down sword first.
Down-B: Counter. A counter move with long duration and wide activation opening, but very little power.
Final Smash: Luminaire. Engulf a the area surrounding Crono with a dome of light. Deal damage and launches with great power.
Icon: A clock pendulum (Sorry, I couldn't resist adding this
)

My Idea for the Perfect SSB4 Character.
Django From the Boktai Series!
Moves:
Standard:Punch
B = Gun Del Sol Shot.Can Be Charged by holding B.
B+Left/Right = Sword attack. Can do up to 6 Combo hits by tapping B each swing.
B+Down = Solar Grenade. Django Shoots a Grenade that explodes on contact.
B+Up = High Jump.Django performs A jump off of Otenko.
Final Smash = The PileDriver. Django and Otenko Shout their "Taiyoh" Phrase and Summon 4 Pile drivers that Shoot Beams of light in a +,x,Then * Pattern.
