Ah, interesting so far. Dont think i'll ever bother much with the demo. It just is nothing compared to the full game, i'm sure. Gets rather old soon anyway i think.

Interesting screenshots and map designs so far though. Really hope this gets finished soon, because the demo is just too small and i'm quite looking forward to playing the full version instead. :P

Yeah, I hate to say it, actually, but if I recall I only played it for about 3 or 4 days.  Not because it's bad, but...

Have you ever been in a conversation with someone who likes to repeat things alot?

Or have you ever played at the arcade on one of those old games that loops and after awhile you're just, "eh", and then you get game over and don't want to try again despite having tokens left?  It's like, you're always happy to see the cabinet but you're reluctant to give it a token.

The demo was initially for a very few small LAN games, I didn't expect anyone to still be playing it now  :p

I just don't want to get burned out on those 4 stages.  I'll be playing the full version and I don't want to be all "Meh" when Metal Man's stage comes up.

The weapon set is changed on those maps if it helps (except Cutman's, it's the same) :p

Cutman i have a Question...while Searching through the .PK3 i found the Proto Buster Upgrade Shots...was it meant to be in the demo?

...but what happened in the duration between these two images that made the color of the buster change?

I would guess the light in the Map changed the color slightly.

I did some thinking when I was not sleeping last night.

I was thinking about the topman, crashman, and a few other screenshots that was posted. I see a definate problem with the levels.  Simply put, it doesn't look right that the floors have the same texture. I have not seen many modern day, completely built man made structures that has the same material for floors as they did for walls.  I am just have a hard time believeing that crashman is always walking on an uneven series of pipes, and everything is glass on top man's stage.  Remember, you can do what ever texture you want for the floor since you don't see the floor in any of the original games.

From the whole doom perspective, it just helps out in game so you can easily tell from a distance what the area is like. Where are the platforms I can jump too.

Well the floor texture for Crash Man's stage is much more dense than the walls, so it's easy to distinguish.  Top Man's stage is a greenhouse and has so few tiles...dunno what to say about that.  Maybe add a few 2 square wide metal paths around the place.

I don't think there is dynamic lighting in this game.  Even in the demo, Gemini Laser's buster color is the same as Air Shooter and Ice Slasher.

I have seen alot of bad maps in my day, There is nothing worse than a wall and floor blending in so well that you can't tell where one end and other begins.
