I change my request to, um... a set of skins. But they'd be VERY easy to make! They're the floating faces from Faceball 2000 (For GB). There wouldn't need to be any walking frames or firing frames, and the hurt frame is just them turning all black. I even got all the sprites for it (Except the hurt frames, but yeah.)

Have you tried Slade3? It's pretty much identical to Slumped outside of being vastly more up to date.
