Mega Man Legends 3 cancelled

OK, I'm tired of this things. You just ruined the megaman series officially and you want to let it rot on a big ass hole, forcing us to make it live through fan games. You first cancelled MegaMan Universe, an awesome-looking classic game that looked like it was going to be awesome since you first shown the gameplay trailers. And what did happen to it? Everyone knows so, IT WAS CANCELLED, why? You gave no reason. Then, this awesome-looking Megaman Legends 3 wich had fan collaboration in, making it almost flaw-proof and you made the same thing. You cancelled it withouth no FUCKING argument at all, it was just "We cancelled MegaMan Legends 3, we apologize". MY ASS, it looked even BETTER than Megaman Universe, if you want to cancell upcoming Megaman games at least release a demo (or in this case, THE FUCKING PROTOTYPE) so we can see how it is. Please, make me and almost EVERYONE HERE a favor and sell Megaman's license to Comcept (Keiji's corporation) so we can see some new good quality Megaman Games.

Other thing, "Mega Man is still an important franchise within Capcom’s portfolio and we will continue to pursue opportunities to create new titles in the series"? If that is true, then maybe the portofolio is in the trash or something. Because you stopped caring about MegaMan and you are not getting a god damn dollar from me EVER again, you made the shit hit the fan

Let's do a boycot and not buy anything that is from capcom! (that's what lots of people from the capcom-unity community did)

You know, Capcom isn't the only company that has cancelled games fans were anticipating. Seriously boycotting them is just plain ridiculous and childish.

If they ((Hypothetically speaking)) intend to sell Mega Man to Inafune, they may as well give him Dead Rising and Lost Planet while they're at it. After all, those were his creations too ((other than a co-creator behind it as well)).

We boycott everything, so this is hardly anything different. Course more of the boycott revolved around Capcom's response to the project when they canceled it which was rather insulting to the base and it's supporters. Whether the case, I still support the 100,000 group despite what others think. And if Capcom won't let the message come to their minds then, that's why once again we need to make it.

After all, their beloved base has been making and keeping Mega Man alive this long.

I'm fully aware of the situation that went on, and my answer is still the same. I was willing to go join the Devroom to show my support and sign my name for the return of Legends 3, but boycotting Capcom? I'm not going that far.

The main difference between Legends 3 and other games is that Capcom was very open about the development. To the point they had the fans help shape the game. At a stage where most games wouldn't exist to the public's eye. So if these games get canned, then no real lost, no one knew. Legends 3, the game everyone was waiting for was canned, and the public knew about it. Had Capcom treated it like a normal developed game, no one would have even known that it was canned.

In the absolutely worst case scenario(Which won't happen, but let's consider it anyways). Most of Capcom's fans boycott them and they go under. If that happens, obviously no Legends 3 will come out of it and thus the only thing happened was ruining any chance of seeing it again.

I mean, that this is already the second game, that I insist, almost in a row that was cancelled. And the cancelled games looked good quality, also, remember that BOTH don't have any given reason about why it was cancelled, don't believe me? Read the note yourself, and you will see that they never say WHY they did this blasphemy (And I strongly dobut that it was because they ran out of sources or money, because the fanbase will always support).

They say somehting about a criteria, does that even make sense?

I honestly couldn't care less about Legends but oh well.

Nobody (at least not me) is going to flame you because you don't like Legends, I actually didn't (I can't actually confirm that because I only played a small part of the games and a long time ago) like it, but it's a Megaman game, and no official Megaman games were released since Megaman 10. That's why I am mad about Capcom because they canceled Legends 3

Regarding both games, we just have to come to conclusion #1 that Inafune's leave was like shutting off life support for the projects, and that both projects just didn't receive the kind of attention they expected. It was more of a cowardice one way of looking at it cause they barely gave them a chance, but as a safe business decision on the other.

Still they SHOULD have least brought out demos for both before canning them you? But hey, this is business.

I haven't been here for awhile because my computer broke, it randomly booted again and now I just need a keyboard, anyway, onto the topic, please excuse the bump.
     I honestly think they planned this right after the Prototype delay, if not beforehand.  I've already raged, so I won't do it here, but, I have a strong dislike for Capcom, I loved Legends, so much.  Then they cancel it and say we weren't involved.  That's a huge lie...

Remember at the end of Megaman Battle Network 6, Lan+Mayl=Patch?(I think thats his name)
Well, they could do a series off of his adventures
