Title says it all. Could someone make an 8 bit version of Magnus Theme from Kid Icarus Uprising for me?

Try requesting oin composer's YouTube channel. Don't expect a quick result.

Converting to 8-bits is possible, but you need to compose it MIDI and then use an small program (GXSCC) to convert, BUUUUTTT the 8-bit version isn't the same you hear from a NES game.... and it sucks!

EDIT: OH my God!!! Is the song I used to hear in invasion maps before the cyberdemon appears.

Sometimes you might hear music from Megaman ROM hacks that you can use. They will always be in true 8-bit, BUUUUUUTTTT, it's unlikely that you'll find what you're looking for.

If you want you can ask me whether or not the song you want is in a ROM hack and then I can retrieve it for you.
