i recently made this guy, he doesn't have a name yet because all the good air robot names are taken, so i guess planeman will do for now

His name was originally Chillman, but MM10 stole it >:O
I couldn't decide which 'face' was better, the first or second.
Also, he uses LIQUID NITROGEN. Beware the clouds of freezy pain!

I have a scorpion themed robot master too called desert man
here is a mugshot of him, the one on the left is an old one that is a bad edit of freezeman, the one on the right is his shiny new one

i have some old art of him somewhere but i'll draw some new art instead

i made this guy as a joke but he turned out pretty cool
some people may get this joke maybe not

also if you made an art contest it would be badass. if you made it something like "design a robot master with this theme/power"

Speaking of Robot Masters, am I the only one who things MegaPhilX's robots are just uninspired junk? I think Jet Man is kinda cool but the rest of them were probably thought up while looking around one's desk. "Hmm I need one last Robot Master.... Ouch! I just stepped on a nail..... Oh. My. God... I AM A GENIUS!". No thought put into them whatsoever, and even though the game isn't even out people go nuts over them almost considering them canon  

If I was going to come up with a Robot Master, I would think about it very deeply. Why would he exist, what would be be used for, what would make him unique from the other 7 Robot Masters... Not just OH HERE'S GLUE MAN HE GLUES STUFF CAUSE HE'S GLUE MAN! The game isn't even out and people write theme songs for these characters and those songs get remixed and ugh... some deluded fans even hate the real Nitro Man because of it.

oh man i totally agree. i have to say comet women has a pretty cool design and jetman is sorta cool (shitty sprite though, it's like 4 times bigger than megaman)
yoyoman is basically just topman with a different toy.
glueman? hammerman? nailman? is wily trying to build a shed or something? all he needs is a plankman army.
tankman is just napalmman. there is basically no way to make a tankman that is original because napalmman is already a tank.
nitroman is also just napalmman

they may suck, but there are much much worse fan robot masters out there.
and at least they are better than the DOS robots or clownman
