This Japanese mythology-themed Robot Master has the power of clouds and is colored red and light green. His weapon is a rapid fire weapon and his stage is filled with slide passages and flying enemies.

Whilst the design still retains the original look, I've added a few new things, like her scarf, her overlly exaggerated hair, ice skates on the bottoms of her boots and her knee-pad-things.

Spark Drillman
Serial number: ???-???

A robot that combines Drillman and Sparkman. It is unknown who created him and why. Using is Drill arms, and the tiny drill on his head, he can dig through walls and floors, along with generating up to 30,000 volts of electricity. He is not sure of what to do with his power, other than defending himself from attackers.

Good point: Varied powers
Bad point: Paranoid
Like: Big light shows
Dislike: Missions

Weapon: Drill shock - Fires an electric drill that travels at average speed. Upon contact with an enemy, it emits sparks in a + formation that split into two when they hit walls, which travel like plug ball.

Except for the color scheme and the bit about explosions that sounds like Sequence Man's high-school stage.

Manibogi, that is a nicely done robot master. However, I think I see some Commando Man in him... and I think you used Splash Woman's helmet too.

The parts you're referencing don't seem to be in there, and I haven't even played MM10. That helmet also looks nothing like Splash's.
